Now that is bullish news. We all know what comes after regulation!

yes, gaming the regulations, looking for loopholes and digital work-arounds can begin in earnest. Bitcoin2.0.

What a kick ass rig!

A floppy drive? And a modem!?

All my lousy parents could get me was a Vic 20 with a tape drive. Embarrassed

Took over ten minutes just to load Zaxxon...  Cry

My buddy had a C64 though, used to go over to his house all the time to play choplifter.

Sooooo, how long do I have to wait for the dump so's I can get some bids filled around here?

Looking for 250 CAD which would require around 180 USD I figure...

Still waiting for doooooom.........

With that mindset I hope GBTC doesn't straighten anything out this weekend to make things operational at the start of the week cuz things could get jumpy after the fact. I'm long w/ the big stash but short w/ the sandbox version just to play around.

SoonTM

Yeah, at this point I expect the same to happen as all the other great bitcoin-related news:

Absolutely nothing, or dump.

Not surprised at all to see price bounce off the totally-not-fake $229.99 resistance wall.   Roll Eyes

Do whales really think we're still this stupid, after watching the charts closely for 2 years now?

Getting kind of worried about this $2 drop, cuz y'know, bitcoiners can't handle that kind of volatility.

All the action was fake.

The second it dropped shorts started to get filled.  I'm very curious of his next strategy since no takers 228+

My Coleco Adam had 16k more memory than the commie 64, tape drive AND flywheel printer. THAT was disruptive, Baby.

Wow, computers were really useless back then, comparatively speaking. I can hardly think about running all my games, storing all my files, etc. on that computer. I have over a terabyte worth of TV series, movies and anime. How much would it have cost me to get that kind of storage 25 years ago? I am excited about what technology will be able to do 25 years from now.

How widespread was computer usage 25 years ago? What about today? How widespread is bitcoin usage today? I'm confident it will be used worldwide. Hell, it already is, in small pockets.

It's like how did people even live in a world without computer anime?

you can stop with the sarcasm. anime has been around a lot longer than personal computers. Afaik the 1960's....

That said, he is right. Just because some people are small minded now does not mean that the internet generation 2.0 won't accept cryptos as natural as we accepted internet over the years.
