8 5 Businesses control Bitcoin.

This must be the new definition of p2p, which no one controls?

 Undecided

Are you perchance insinuating that bitcoin may have a central authority that must be trusted?

And going down again...
I think this is the first time I didn't feel a single drop of hope of joy seeing a price rise Sad

Huobi still at $258

Edit: API froze or something.
I noticed that always happens there whenever there is a sudden change in price.
Resetting their bots takes time i guess...

The fact that something breaks every time there's a strong movement tells me that the Bitcoin ecosystem has a bit of growing up to do. I'm just glad bitcointalk is still running.

Bitstamp breakout for the previous rally (fall 2013):

We did BOTH the double top break AND the bearish resistance violation at once when we broke 250...

Apple did something similar at 73$

Very bullish pattern in P&F..

This move is impressive. I don't see indicators that it will fall back down again.

You should be blind then, m8

That is a great indicator.

Take all your money and go 20x leverage short right now!

You'll be rich within 2 days!

Indicators are worthless on fundamentals my friend.

I expected a consolidation in the $240s, but it just doesn't seem like much volume for another big leg up. I hope we stay here if we don't push up.

You guys are crazy. Look at the 12h and daily candle volume--there's a lot of commitment there. Either this is going to reverse in a very quick way or it's the beginning of a larger move up.

There's a nice W bottom on the 3d and weekly charts so I think you all know what's coming.

the chinese panic is coming ?? ok everyone the W bottom chinese panic is coming. ..

No, thank you. While a correction is possible during the next couple of days, I plan to short 3x in about 10 days around 270$.

Stored for heavy irony!

Let's see how this gigantic hidden bearish divergence will play out in the coming days/weeks.

Yeah OKCoin is having trouble again.

It keeps having 522, 520 and 502 errors.

EDIT - It is back, but I am not convinced yet.

Yep. Bitcointalk only breaks when someone hacks in and steals all our passwords.
