Send fiat to btc-e and hope there's still a decent arb opportunity by the time it gets there. However, that's what you get for selling in the first place when market conditions have changed. Hope you enjoyed your meager profits, bud. Them some weak hands.

Don't they refer to that area at the end of the graph (the steady part) as "the arm of death"?

I'm currently trading this. My guess is up. It's a classic ascending triangle trend continuation, where buyers aggressively outbid each other to get their limit bids filled. This results in rising bottoms. Eventually it breaks up when there's no lower prices to be had and the resulting market orders push up the price through resistance.
