The Litecoin market is not big enough to push Bitcoin up $15 by dropping Litecoin by $2.
this

and now we see why someone was holding the BTC price back on BTCE for as long as possible.

BTC-E is not a market maker, okgox/goxobi and finex are, finex clearly showed that market makers dont plan to push price above 290$ (there would be fake walls of 15-18k being moved higher to 270-280$ in order to do that). Its just chinese retards cashing out their ponzied ltc to btc at any cost. Chill out people, shit is almost over.

Lots of action, and who knows what happened on Huobi with such a price spike... nearly $400, no?... and maybe someone did really accidentally buy some coins on Huobi for way over market value?

$300 does seem to be within reach, but I would NOT be surprised to hover in the upper $200s for a week or more.

To bad there is no real way to get your money out of those exchanges if you are a foreigner..... :-(  :-(

Not that I would really trust those exchanges as a foreigner.

Bitcoin withdrawals are NOT hampered correct?  Surely, if you want to cash out of any exchange in fiat, then it can be difficult, but most of them do NOT really inhibit bitcoin transfers (withdrawals), right?  Once you have your bitcoins in your private wallet, then you can merely find your own private means of cashing out, if that is what you want to do.

Bitcoin Tracker One is still on top of Nasdaq Stockholm's ETN list:

Not bad, bitcoin. Not bad...

BULLVESTAS2II ND is #1 now, but it only takes 300k SEK to change that.

Imagine the Winklevoss ETF on top of NY Nasdaq ETF list...  Tongue

And here I was thinking my accidental LTC purchase would pay off. If only the transaction had been confirmed 12 hours earlier...
Hey, we overshot my $284 prediction, cool! Cool Another step to $320+ and leaving the $200-$299 range behind once and for all!

chessnut is a genius - look at this EW prediction on July 8th -

We have rallied off the 62% fib in the mid 1650 as expected in wave ii of any primary wave. While the price still has some freedom within wave ii context this is probably the crux of the move arriving if the count is correct, and I dont see any appealing alternatives. Be prepared for a very bullish move in the coming days that could easily reach 1900.

Now he's predicting 2300 yuan. Is it moon time?

Sometimes you have to toot your own horn they say  Grin

Even though I wasnt nearly bullish enough!

EDIT.  that spike to 2300 yuan was uncalled for, too far too fast, this will probably form a wave v considerably lower before a steady march towards 2300 and possibly up to the upper 2k yuan range.

When I used to do loans I would refresh it on my own but that takes a lot of time and effort to keep up with it. Rolling it over does it for you so you don't miss out on the time it takes for you to get an e-mail and do it manually. I'm not sure which is better. Different for everyone.

Interesting.

Rationalizing looks dumber when others do it.

Let's wait some days and see if I'm right or not.
This is certainly not the first time when someone tries to ridicule my advice. Ever since December of 2013, I have started to loathe bitcoiners more and more for it. It's kind of heartless, but I will actually feel joy when the most fanatical bitcoin zealots will go broke. I really think that they are the culprits of their tragedy and they deserve what's coming for them.

And you, of course, valiantly refuses to take that as a hint. And if the "most fanatical bitcoin zealots" haven't gone broke by now, they won't.

This litecoin rise won't break anytime soon. Couple of other interesting btc-e coins will see even bigger gains in the close future.
This was all predictable if you knew more then to buy one type of coin and then just sit on your ass, trying to pray for success.

I'd say it's broken. It may go up again, but now: broken.

This is good for us but the Winklevoss Bitcoin ETF will be much better. I wish it was not taking so long to get done

More stock exchanges around the globe may follow suit and list similar securities of their own

BTC should be easy to trade to both individual and institutional investors for fiat or other securities. One day it will be

Well good morning Bitcoinland. Very good morning in fact.

Went to bed at 4:00am local time with the price stuck at $270 and people posting pictures of tumbleweeds.

Woke up to see that we didn't have to wait until next week for the next leg up. A pleasant little rise.

It appears also that the LTC bubble burst, as predicted by many. It makes it more obvious why all the trolls and sox were so frantically pushing LTC for the last few weeks/months. LOL

Hopefully the $260s are gone for good, and maybe even the $270s. Dreams of double digits are getting more and more ridiculous every week.

Over $300 to stay sometime next week?

Bitcoin has been behaving itself quite nicely since the start of June. Let's keep this going.

So. Grexit. Is it gonna happen?

I'm rooting for it. We need a warrior people in the world.

Also. We would profit as crypto takes center stage.

I know people would eat shit for a while.
But you gotta loose before you win.

I hope so as well.  If Mr. Tsipras agrees to a deal, even a modified one, it will signal that he is simply another pawn (member? slave?) of the EU Oligarchy that will do everything in their power to get their way.  Being leveraged something like 30:1 in Greek debt, the EU Oligarchy doesn't want to have to start unwinding *any* existing assets/liabilities to pay for a haircut.

If a deal to stay in the Euro happens, I think the Greek people will be pissed.

 Cheesy

Most inexperienced traders don't know that you should actually fear slow declines more. Fast drops like this are mainly meant for one thing - to create panic that will force the weak minded folks to sell. What you're witnessing here is a bear trap that is traditional in the initial phase of a bubble. What makes it funny is that bitcoin was actually used only a tool to shake off more potential coins from weak hands.
These shakes are quite entertaining and you can win a nice sum with 1h trading if you keep your head cool.

luckily, i only sent some btc change i had laying around to ltc. and i can sit on those. i have a few more in cold storage. i actually had to reload my ltc wallet (which i need to upgrade now) to even see what i had cuz i forgot. i will buy coins and forget about them. i have all kinds of coins sitting in cold storage or on exchanges that have been there for months. once i can't trade anymore without losing then fukit. boring as hell though just HODLing. for litecoin ... a lot can happen in just 45 days. and a lot probably will happen. it's not like a halving happens all the time.
