I am in the same boat, i am doing ok from an investment point of view but this shit is insane and it feels like JPMOrgan is somehow jerking me around.... fuckers
yeah dude i hear you for sure and you and me and the other handful of people in the black are the *lucky ones* (or deranged / skilled ? / spend all the time on the computer enough to pay constant attention and adequately guess when to buy/sell to not get totally fucked like im sure 9/10 people are who ever touch bitcoin) Trading bitcoin is not supposed to be entertainment. This is one of the most stressful jobs on earth. You have stress every single second. Not everybody can survive. |

I went against my will of holding forever and sold at $320. Question is, buy now or wait for sub $300?
Wait. This race to $300 ain't stopping anytime soon. In all my years trading I have won some and lost a lot, but I never won when I waited for everyone to agree on when to buy and sell. If you are doing what everyone else is doing you are probably screwed. True. But your screwed if you do and screwed if you don't. Maybe I will sit this one out. It is making me dizzy.  |

In my opinion we are still on the way down (bigger picture). I think $300 will hold for now and we could see the price move towards ~$350 before the next move down. This will take multiple days. Where will the downtrend bottom out and reverse? I don't know yet. I'm not too sure about exact values. I'm a lot more sure about the bigger picture here. |

To lose 6 figures, you have to have at least 500 coins (if we are assuming a $200 drop in price). Yet if someone has 500+ coins, they are most likely not going to attempt to trade them all at once, and you would have most likely had difficulties both cashing out and exactly timing the top... That's what I would call a theoretical paper loss, full of what ifs.  I can feel ya though. I was certainly feeling a lot richer when BTC hit $500 than i am now with it teetering a little more than $300. |

This bounce looks super weak after almost going under $300.
In terms of percentage drop this move was massive too, nearly -20%? Haven't seen that in a long time, not in a single day anyway.
Pretty bearish now myself... I won't be surprised to wake up under $300.
