Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the
subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The
subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Guys, is it time to sell yet? Should I wait for the price to drop another $20? I'm young and new and in need of guidance from seasoned gentleman-traders like you.
i'm always wondering who is selling me coins at bottoms, now i know its LoriIpsum.

A lot of people here will tell you to sell... and then buy your cheap coins... and them sell them back to you for a 20% markup in a few days... So don't trust any advice you get here. Put in a bit of time, do some research, try to understand the long term outlook for the technology.

Best opening sentence ever: "Fear of mad cow disease hasn't kept Cecelia Coan from eating her beloved deep-fried cow brain sandwiches." This is Cecelia: http://media4.s-nbcnews.com/j/msnbc/Components/Photos/040115/040115_brainsandwiches_hmedium.grid-6x2.JPGFirst Clown: A pestilence on him for a mad rogue! 'a pour'd a flagon of Rhenish on my head once. This same skull, sir, was, sir, Yorick's skull, the King's jester. Hamlet: This? [Takes the deep-fried cow brain sandwich]
Jeez, i know this is not strictly on topic, but do you know how utterly (udderly?) weird the Mad Cow disease is? It's not a bacteria or even a virus that causes it, but a just a frickin' misfolded protein!! Shit I don't know! "A prion is an infectious agent, composed entirely of protein, presumed to be the cause of the transmissible spongiform encephalopathies." "Prions are not destroyed even if the beef or material containing them is cooked or heat-treated. Prion proteins carry the disease between individuals and cause deterioration of the brain." Ice-9 kinda weirdness!

Unfortunately for the bears, I think people are just going to trade the trend line creating a self fulfilling prophecy of $365ish:
