Are you offended because your work is pushing Theymos and Blockstream where we all want them?
You have become a tool for the good Wink

(PS. You just exposed your IP...)

Ok, leaving BCT, bye everybody! Good luck with Theymos.

There are three fundamental problems with Bitcoin, any one of which will prevent a new ATH and allow a competitor to overtake our market cap: Governance, scaling and mining concentration in China.

Taken together, they could be catastrophic.

Like competing fishermen overfishing a lake that nobody owns, miners have a perverse incentive to maintain a status quo that they know will ultimately be fatal to their enterprise.

eth will sink fast in the future! so fast....

Makes sense since it is less useful the higher the price, or as I understand it to be.

1.37 million$ in new leveraged longs on BFX, or the vast majority of this late weekend pump all done by leveraged boobs with no more fiat left to pump with. Good luck with that.

Haha, it could happen. I desperately need to modularize the code though.

I hate to switch off but Theymos' actions, mostly on Reddit but here also have been upsetting me for some time. I meant to do it a while ago but Adam's banning reminded me to get my ass in gear.

Wow, no Adam, no Chartbuddy...bloody hell.

On a more pedantic note @RichyT - you do realise the Voltaire quote is a fiction (mainly due to the interweb echo chamber).

I'm pretty sure the "Tyrion Lannister" one is misattributed as well. Should be "some great bearded glacier".

Oh well. The meaning stands.

I think most supposed Churchill quotes are misattributed also.

Not sure what ETH will do from here, but I'm not ruling out $40 a coin like LTC did once upon a time. But with the inflation / large number of coins in circulation that may not be possible. The volume is crazy though, any way you look at it.
