I have about as much faith in his "insider info" as I had in monsanto's conclusion that the winky's posting a picture of doughnuts mean't imminent ETF approval a year and a half ago. Nobody knows anything yet, and we'll just have to wait to find out.

Zhou, who is also a delegate of the central bank to the national parliament, has also reportedly called for a ‘negative list’ of bitcoin exchanges in the country as a means to reducing financial and market risks.
