Not sure what I was expecting to happen but we're past the time now...?

The fork time of 12:20pm UTC refers to the median time of the blockchain. It typically lags behind the real time by 6 blocks or about an hour. So the real split should happen some time after 13:20pm. Depending on BCH's hashrate it could take them some time to find their first block and split the chain.

The Bitcoin network will fork as soon as a block larger than 1MB has been produced as per the UAHF technical spec.

mempool has >1MByte ... so if they can fork off right now ... please let them fork off, bunch of forkers.

Kraken trade page now redirects to Cloudflare's timeout page. Not too great I guess, I tried trading a couple mBTC just now and the order never went through. Now onto the real forkening part of this I guess.

kraken isn't down, but it loads so slow that it times out.
Another question:  when will they start the new Bitcoin Cash token?
Same question for bitfinex and bittrex.

they really run on a laptop ! what are they doing with all those fees?

DDOS?
Cloudflare's good at keeping out DDOS attacks, probably real traffic that is clogging up the servers. They haven't even added in BCC yet so I don't know what's the rush.

When median time reaches 12:20 UTC (a little while, wait) and a block bigger than 1MB is formed, the fork begins. Neither of those things have happened yet. Keep in mind the network median time always lags behind so it is technically not 12:20 yet.

I don't get the median time stuff, the countdowns are over, the bitcointalk time is now 12:39, why isn't the average time also 12:20?
I expected the split already, looking at the alts markets, others did too!  I guess some jumped the gun as the fork hasn't happened yet.

I wonder how many other people are frantically hitting f5 a lot today!

I chose waiting tactics. Im reluctant to believe there will be fast free money drop on every bitcoin holder.
It just can't work like that.

This is Bitcoin! In Bitcoin it works just like that!
Since 2009 every bitcoin holder has free money drop.

Ver and Wu are willing to advertise their ego upon us. And they are willing to pay. As far as they pay high enough they'll have part of my attention.
