I cannot provide you with any 'solid' evidence, but if you look back through the posts, you will see that several other members claim to have attended, and that there was some trouble although they were not affected by it. So its either all true or their in on the gag too ...
Why don't you call up the hotel yourself and ask them. I think that will be the only way you will be satisfied.

If you look back at the bubble crash, then it's obvious that afterwards when the price went down below 100, every time the price went back up to above 100 in a relatively short time.

This happened several times, indicating that the market will not settle for a price below 100.

The bounces were smaller every time, indicating that the market will not (yet) want to go up. This means it will go down. If it can't go up here it will go down.

This will happen:

-> a little bit more bouncing around here at these levels
-> decisive move below $100, breaking previous lows (huge triangle break)
-> fear and panic
-> $50 -> bounce -> a few weeks of hope -> down again
-> $50 -> smaller bounce -> a few days of (smaller) hope -> down again
-> $50 -> uncertainty, fear -> break -> stops triggered and n00bs panic
-> $30 -> strong bounce -> a few months hope -> down agan
-> $30 -> smaller bounce  - a few weeks (smaller) hope -> down again
-> $30 -> uncertainty, fear -> break -> more stops and more panic
-> $20
-> me converting most of my Fiat to BTC
-> price goes up again, third bubble slowly beginning.

It's ridiculous to make these assertions before the weekend is out. Everyone is waiting to see if the dumper strikes again. Jury is out until Tues/Weds.

This scenario does not look ridiculus at all, although I think there will be at least one or two major bounces between here and 100. Do you seriously believe that there is a possibility that we will begin growth that will surpass the ATH wihout going below first 80? By "believe" and "possibility" I mean at least 51% chance.

With all due respect, give some facts (fundamentals with numbers) for your perspective. The bearishness around here lately does scare me, almost a contrarian indicator, but it is also based on a lot of facts.

There is one observation on which i base my statement of a bottom of 100 USD.

And that is that a lower price-point has been tested several times after the bubble crash.
And every time the bitcoin value re-bounced to above 100 USD very fast, indicating that the market will not settle for a price point below 100 USD!

It is a tough one to call, for sure. When we look at the crash of 2011, we see the correction took 5 - 6 months or so. During that time there were 2-3 weeks of support at a variety of prices.

In the current correction, we have had 4 or 5 days (not sequential) of support at 100. I would be very very careful if I were you. If this support holds for a while, then I am with you. But support
to me, is found by either/and length of time and/or volume, of which we have had neither. (Which doesn't mean it is true, but just to be careful.)

Maybe this correction will be shorter and you are correct, time will tell, but I certainly wouldn't base my position on us testing 100 5 times...

I am real, though my life seems to be more interesting than an average one. Let's verify some of the things:

- I am located in a closed mental institution run by the City of Helsinki, with 1-2 weeks to get out hopefully. They took my communication things away for about 16 days when they found out that I was so public here. Now I am recovering and could take part in trolling if there was any price action.

- I have more than 2,400,000mBTC, after selling some today because I feel medium-term (1-2 months) bearish

- I have a wife and a kid 11mo, they are soon coming to see me

- The picture is taken from our Silvervault teaser video, and the guy is me about 3 years ago

- I still own, manage or run about 4 companies that deal with gold, silver, bitcoins and currencies. They are incorporated in Finland and Estonia.

- The BDNA and Supernode links are to be taken seriously (although one of the is a Live-Action game).

- Soon I will expand Silvervault to fully accept incoming Bitcoin transfers, which would make bitcoin<->"physical investment silver"<->"physical gold" transactions easier than ever before.

- Now my wife is coming, ttyl! Smiley

ADD:

- The Haikko thing happened for real, also I sent Roni and Annina to the U.S. for the duration of the San José conference. They are still there though currently not paid by me. I spent in excess of € 20,000 for Haikko and San José participation even though I did not participate myself in San José.

- It is likely that no bitcoins were stolen from Haikko, only a personal item worth about 1,000mBTC.

Only 2.4 million mBTC? Oh boy, there I was thinking you were a high roller Tongue

Way to keep spirits high though man, try to ignore the gaslighting trolling.

I still don't really have a clue what you are talking about but what i wonder is how long does it take to find out if Bitcoins are stolen or not?
I don't get it.

Maybe they decided to the some vacation. Standard vacation time in Europe *starts* at about double what is typical in the US.

See, that's the problem with this guy.
If that's the case he could just say that. Instead he makes it look like yet another very weird event.
So he is either making things up or he is trolling.
