WuVer coin soon will go FUBAR, will solve the issue once and for all.

There is "Bitcoin" et puis tout le reste.

It'll be integrated by Bitpay soon enough and then it's cemented forever. From that day on it'll be like an elderly man's penis in an opposing tower block that's flashed at you but you can do nothing about.

Cheesy Since I live in a 16-th century city (micro) palace, there is zero chance for that to happen... .   Cool

I feel like we are in a bubble that is getting ready to pop. I can't believe that 2000%+ growth is reasonable or able to be sustained. I don't believe this is exponential part of the S curve, I've heard that in 2013 and 2014. We are well before exponential growth. I think the only reason we haven't popped is the futures.

Note: The above is a very, very bad way to think. Are there meditation techniques to fix this?

Yes, travel into your cave and find your power animal.
The first rule of Bitcoin Club is: you do not stop talking about Bitcoin Club.
The second rule of Bitcoin Club is: you DO NOT stop talking about Bitcoin Club!
Third rule of Bitcoin Club: Never stop hodling. Never yell “stop!”, go limp and tap out.
Fourth rule of Bitcoin Club: Never tell how many coins you are hodling.

Reading all the Bitcoin stories you guys have feel quite similar to mine.
I guess after 5 yrs in Bitcoin land I learned from Fight Club
1st RULE: You do not talk about Bitcoin.
2nd RULE: You DO NOT talk about Bitcoin.
3rd RULE: You buy Bitcoin.

And how many futures/ftes/bloomberg articles did you have in 2013/2014? :/

i seriously doubt if alts would be going nuts if that was the case.

Id argue the opposite, if bitcoin is overvalued why would you buy btc? wouldn't you buy something not (as) overvalued?

Or at might just build a neural network into it and after sufficient testing let the bot make its own decisions.

You looking for AI that gathers market data and makes predictions based on that? There are a few coming out, a few more others that make the claim, and a few with some ICOs.

I call Bitcoin Segwit Bitcoin Segwit, as it is a clearly descriptive, non-ambiguous term. I used to call it Bitcoin Segwit1x. However, with the demise of S2X, this disambiguation no longer adds any value.
And since no other coin uses Segwit, you can just call it Bitcoin. Because that's what it is.

bcash is what bitstamp and cryptopia called it. Maybe not anymore, but they did.

Nothing to do with overvaluation - people want to avoid the regulation of futures. Futures is restricting btc growth from now on

Setting an artificial benchmark for valuation. On the plus side it might prevent outright collapse as well.

Well if they set a price people *may* elect to follow it.

Let’s hope not though

The futures are cash settled, they are just betting on bitcoin, not actually buying any. Personally I don't think it will have any effect on bitcoin at all.
Bitcoins price is set by supply and demand, and no cash settled futures can change that.

I agree, other then a vague idea of what people expect the growth to be I don't see how it would affect the price.
