So why dump your 7k coins at 83 and not at 100 some days ago?? doesn't make sense imho
If the risk is smaller dumping at $83? If one can see the whole future, then one is god. This is all just minimizing the risk of losing and at the same time maximizing the possibility to get more bitcoins. |

So why dump your 7k coins at 83 and not at 100 some days ago?? doesn't make sense imho
The reason they didn't sell at 100 (say if it's not the NSA ;-) ) is because they thought we had support there (or a bit below). And then there is always... 1 - Maybe they are trying to break through support and start a crash, but I don't think so. 2 - They see us heading lower and better sell while they can. I tend to believe that. |

I would like to be that positive, but why is that so?
1. It's either 0 or the moon for Bitcoin. Therefore, I would rather want to be positive if I am in this for the long run. 2. We've had not 1 but 2 similar situations in the recent past. BTC can go much lower the next few months, but it did not die the previous times either. 3. I already got my investment back times x. I can lose whatever I have at stake (currently dollars @ Gox which could vanish as well during my vacation  ) without shearing one tear. That helps. That really really helps to remain positive. For profit, I have to part from my emotional part that says 'hold on for the longest time'. Therefore, I'm currently out of BTC and await what happens. I mean, look at this chart: http://bitcoincharts.com/charts/mtgoxUSD#rg180zigDailyztgSza1gSMAzm1g10za2gEMAzm2g25zxzi1gMACDzi2gRSIzlWhat does it tell you? What does it scream in your face? It tells you that its going down, and probably down for quite a bit and over a longer period of time. No guarantees, but I am acting pursuant to that conviction. If I am wrong, I can always buy again at a certain loss. |

BTC is blowing off some steam. The lower it goes the next few months, the more room to crush $266 again in the long run. Consider this an opportunity.
I would like to be that positive, but why is that so? He just made that up and acts as it's a fact. It's based on exactly nothing. Every time Bitcoin goes down like this could be the last time. People sooner or later will get tired of it and Bitcoin will die. There is nothing good about it going down. |
