It looks to me like some in China were spooked by the low volume and slow decline in the west on Saturday. Enough was dumped when china woke up to exacerbate this and now it seems the mania is beginning to come to an end, it's been losing steam for a good few days now. We've been lucky so far, two major events (Chinese adoption, US senate approval) synergised to boost confidence, adoption and media coverage. Unless new money enters the market soon I expect the bears will have the upper hand for a while.

Tomorrow is crucial, if there's going to be a major correction I expect it then, but I can't see a 'Great Crash'. The events that prompted this rally are real and game-changing, long term is looking better than ever Smiley

yep... get ready next week, this was a great correction.  also, on stamp and maybe gox, there is no money left, and China is hesitant, waiting on a signal.  Once again next week, I predict a major bounce plus rally, with China leading the way mid week.

I remained pessimistic in the 700-800 range .. feeling we needed a correction.. however.. the support for a week or 2-4 days at a time after rallies has the chance to be the new trend. I imagine this all catching fire with more investments from institutions as well as those who might just put money in for the "the big crash" who end up succumbing to their inner bull and grabbing in on these dips Cheesy

Are we in panic mode again? Smiley

I will start panicking if it goes below $900.

At least people know what price they need to get your coins at. :-)

Just think- 4 days of US banks more or less not open. Next week is going to have an orgy of new money on the exchanges. :-)

a bit melodramatic, no? Anyway I'm impressed the market held up this long through the holiday. Just a few more hours and we will be clear of the weekend.

China's been dictating the course of this movement from the beginning. I doubt the US will have any significant impact.

Is there someone DDOSing or what?  It's always like this. Last time btc crashed, bitcointalk was unreachable.

BWT, it will go down  even more.
