You shouldn't be basing your trades on anything anyone says on this board.

Unless it's to do the opposite  Wink.
The only one I listen to here is lucif. His advice has consistently helped me make some very profitable trades, even if the crowd whines that TA doesn't apply to bitcoin and he's just a broken clock  Grin

Waiting for the board to turn bearish again Smiley. And of course for bitcoin price to go up in the meantime.

Besides the $2 bottom of 2011 I never saw the board bearish.

Hi ladies.  Glad to be able to read your priceless info again.

So, which way is informed prognosis pointing today?  Up, down, slipwise, gox, cny, stamp, other (except the sheep scare shite).

edit:  Just made a count using my extra special sentiment tracker.  Results = Bear 50 Bull 53, too close to call.

The forum is back so expect to see 1500 by lunchtime and 3.2k by the end of day. Also, Obama will resign and announce Satoshi as his successor as soon as he can be located.

And a pony, thanks.

And a pony, thanks.

Your Kung Fu is stronger than mine.

I'm trying to decide if the weekend activities are just more of the same, although a little more exciting, or if there is a fundamental shift.  Lacking broader experience, and more information, I think I'll just hold off on trading for a bit.

Probably a good idea. I feel like anything could happen right now.

I'm holding. I'm not scared of a drop and I have dirty fiat incoming I have to work out something to do with.

We have similar circumstances, Richy_T.

I just took a long look at BitcoinWisdom on the 15m chart for cny.  Although all three markets, gox, stamp, cny, have a strongly correlated pattern, the china market seems a lot more bearish.  We know that cny leads at times, but as far as I can determine we can't tell until well after the fact if they were actually the leader.

Prolly mark all of that down to skewed, or screwed, perception on my part.

its looking good!

the rally should be able to continue.

but a return to the choo choo MOFO trendline might be in order, the double top is concerning.

Good to see the board back - spent all Sunday (am in UK) watching the fireworks and had severe withdrawal symptoms!

Last post I saw was something about:

'looks like it's all over...'

Somebody beat me to saying 'Not until the fat lady / bitcoin sings' and then the site was down.

A total roller coaster of a weekend - Adam's 'Will we ever see 900 again' poll was out of date inside 24 hours...

All fun stuff.

Great to see normal service is resumed - hope everyone held tight (or speculated like a genius)!

Thanks for that!  If you had said 'single digits by Friday' I would have crawled in my hole and cried.

lol, no way.

worst case, we will test support at 800-600 ish, but initial support at previous resistances looks good to me, so i think UP.

I only just realised I could login by clicking the "Log In" box. Good to be back :-)

So, who else bought at 800?  Cool

I was a big seller at 800

all my friends handed me their bitcoins. i've been writing a lot of checks. lol.

but thats done now, so i see no reason to continue the rally to 3,000$
