On the whole my memory is terrible regarding specific dates & what the bitcoin price was at that time. I just looked on Stamp though to remind myself & between Jan 2015 & late October 2015 we were stuck going sideways in the $200 range (briefly dipping below $200 & briefly touching $300).

Basically I was looking for an idea of how long we could go sideways.

I wonder is the $6000 range similar before we start to move significantly upwards?

I dont really agree with your wording of ‘correction’, its ok to say btc has crashed since ath, a 70% drop is just that, a crash.

You know I hate to agree with JJG (well, not really...), but I'm gonna. Of course it is a correction. We went from $3000 to $20000 in four months. $6000 to $20000 in five weeks. The price just got overheated through FOMO. This is a classic correction.

If we had set stable at $20000 for months, you'd be justified in calling it a crash. But we didn't. Not a crash. A correction.

What the fuck you talking about?  Is monero pumping a subject of this thread?

Nope, this is the thread for Monero Speculation.

^^^--- shill a great interview in that thread.

Elrippo try to respect the thread topic as far as alt coin talk, we do not like shilling in our thread so why should we do it in this thread?

The off topic here is banter and sometimes slamming shitcoins like Ethereum. Cheesy

Get you shit straight Boy!

Love it!

I wonder how they assess 233 exchanges for relative security with any accuracy that is meaningful.

Do they phone them up and ask if they have a 'hack insurance' policy?  And a good guard dog..?

Well that's just great! Bitcoin is still going side-wise, my not-even-3-year-old furnace packed it in last night and now I'm going to be besieged by gargantuan mosquitoes!  Have I been cursed?!
Fortunately I made a donation to "Bat Conservation International" a couple of years ago in the hope that it would help them find a cure for white-nose syndrome.  Let's hope it worked; it's time to call in a favour Wink

edit: Dammit!  I've been duped!  That's a fruit bat.  Brown bats are fuglier than sin so they tricked me with a cuter cousin to get me to donate.  Oh well, I still need the favour Wink
