If it was executed well enough I'm sure many people would choose them over the utter horror of the average relationship. It still feels a little bit like jet packs and flying cars to me. This year will be strange paying taxes, on 11.2k / BTC (in NL you have to pay 1.2% on the value of your crypto on the first of january of the fiscal year). But not hard to do, I love my country so I have no problem paying some taxes.

Is that a 1.2% wealth tax? Do you have to pay that on all assets every year? Yikes!
