No Estonia there, we used to be top3 in the alcohol consumption, now we've fallen as low as 37th, shame on us.

Well, very nice to see this rally. However, even if this is a suckers rally, that low 3000 area looks fucking solid. I've stated on here before that Bitstamp's order book is a strong indicator telling us where the bottom is. Why I think this, is because Bitstamp is what seems to be an honest market and has no margin or shorting. When the price was at 3200 you needed about 2800 btc to be sold to take the price down to the 3000 level, but, if 2800 btc were bought the price would go to 4400.

At the 6000 level the order book was actually balanced between the buys and sells, hence it could break down with relative ease, in comparison to the 3000 level. There is massive buy support at the 3000 level and very little selling support. It's simple, not only is 3000 considered a good level to buy, we also get twice as many btc for the same amount of fiat compared to the 6000 level. And the sellers obviously don't want to sell at that level because what's the point, they have already lost over 80% from the highs, might as well just leave it to be lost, or hope that btc repeats it's historical patterns and booms again in a few years.

So... this ramp up is gonna draw back somewhere around the 3k level.

This is just a Christmas rally.

They want to merge DB with Commerzbank? That would be merging two bottles of bleach... .  Grin
More like mixing a bottle of bleach with a bottle of ammonia.

Yeah better... . And some children playing with matches around it... . Cool

I suspect she had a low amount of bitcoin’s & was bitter about selling way too early (back in the day). She constantly said there’d be dumps.

If you throw enough shit at a wall eventually some of it will stick.

She retired so she must have done alright - at least on face value.
Why do people keep refering to TERA as 'she'? There is zero reason to do that.  If I recall correctly one guy randomnly started doing that (BJA?), and everybody started copying him.
From the writing style I suspect TERA is male (although of course I can't be sure).

Also, holy crap that is one big green candle.

i thought it was JJG that called it a her with that deborah thing ..... maybe i'm wrong don't know for sure anymore Roll Eyes

Goes way back before any recent "callings" that I may have done.  To the extent that it matters whether actually true or not, it seems that peeps in this thread have been referring to her as a "she" since at least some time in 2014.

This image makes me sad.

Probably sadder than videos of that 10 year old boy dancing at a gay bar I recently came across on Twitter - That stuff is really not cool, and their parents should be ashamed of themselves for exploiting their child that way, but I digress...

I guess freakshow-sextoy-girl is an adult, in her defense, for what it's worth.

This planet is strange.

Strange, did GDAX run out of BTC?  Sell side only showing 150BTC to over 7k USD.   Maybe it's the coinbase inside traders that have been dumping and now caught low on ammo.

Clearly, regardless of price, as time goes on more and more BTC goes out of circulation.

Eventually there will be no BTC left. Only bid side in (unlimited supply) USD. Divide by zero error means price will be infinity.

You will be able to buy the whole universe with just one BTC.

Way back when, I noticed the alts would pump first then BTC would follow.  When BTC would start to slow down, the alts would get sold off to boost BTC's price up.   Wonder what game is afoot on this one.
