Yeah I hear SA is bad. So many firies hurt down there.   We lost Balmoral overnight.

Fascinating how easily we go from "it's not happening so it doesn't matter" to "it's too late so it doesn't matter".

Eerily similar to how conspiracies are insanely outrageous until suddenly humdrum and un-newsworthy.

Some people seem to be stubbornly determined to avoid their share of responsibility.

*Now’s not the time to talk about it
*Our focus is on those affected and we do not apologize for that
*Now is not the time to play politics
*We have had plenty of time for discussion and it’s time to move on

Yes I've very much enjoyed it. They got the visuals of the game very close and the world just feels right. Cavill is a great Geralt too!

So sad, it's even worse when lives are lost in the process of fighting the fires!

The last bar presents the total of all of them, any graph should be carefully observed and read the data, not just looking at the colors. Cheesy

But if this is the norm (I don't know) when I publish the finished graphic, I will remove the totals bar.

thx

edit:

that's better?

Nice graph.

That being said, I think the number of hacked exchanges per year is not taking into account the increase in number of exchanges. It would seem that security/risks is getting worse, when maybe it is the contrary. I would suggest to compare the figure of "hacked exchanged / total number of exchanges active in that year". That would probably give a better overall view of how security is progressing. And show how in the first years probably there were even more hacks than exchanges active (repeated hacks).

Yes, it would be an interesting fact to consider, but I don't think it is possible to know the number of active exchanges per year.
Logic would be as you say, last years more security, but hackers have also reduced the number of targets for their attacks,
they focus on hacking high volume exchanges and this reduces the amount of exchanges that meet this feature.

Malaysian Prime Minister has said that he agrees with Iran’s suggestion on using cryptocurrency as an alternative to the US dollar.

Quote
Earlier, Rouhani had proposed the use of cryptocurrency among Muslim nations as an alternative to the US dollar.

Could seriously contribute to some very real controversies with bitcoin in the middle of it (unless they are considering other crypto currencies, such as shitcoin Bcash SV?   or some other less liquid quasi-centralized scam nonsense? such as Ethereum of Tron hahahahaha)

99.99% Chances are they are going to create new one..

Only if they manage to stop fighting with each others or put their differences aside, atm ( Iran,Turkey, Malaysia) all want to be a leader of Ummah and Saudis has some reservations in this regard.

These quotes from Hal Finney's 1992 "electronic banking" proposal illustrate what a visionary he really was.

His questions arguably foreshadow native digital cash, privacy, PoW mining, predetermined money supply, and competing cryptocurrencies.

It's always nice to read any type of Hal Finney article.

If Finney were among us, things would be very different, I don't know in which direction, but I think we would have advanced in many ways, in adoption, in the use of nodes, I think he would have fought for the interests of all bitcoiners and would have slowed somehow the big mining farms.

At $5500 they would love to buy $3000. This kind of high time preference, uneducated, conviction-less, herd-sentiment trading moronity contributes zero value. Random pieces of word salad ignoring the simple fact that bitcoin is severely undervalued and stack+hodl is all you need.

Buy and stack when you can, also take absolute good and safe care for your private keys ......

Is this a mini weekend pump, or a turning point from where the bull run will resume? The bulls may try to attack 8K in the next hours and see if the bears are caught off guard.
