Good morning Bitcoinland. Nasty little dip down under $7k... currently $6915USD/$9661CAD (Bitcoinaverage). Back down to where we were 4 days ago. Good thing we've got lots of time. In fact it is kids who should be sent to Corona "Summer" Camps to get properly infected and get them back with their parents when they test inmune. Win-Win.
We could have had all of them already inmune if we had do that as soon as the lockdowns started.
Just send them to "summer camp," while extending such camp until they turn 18. Win-win While we're at it, give them all identical haircuts, make them wear uniforms, take away their cellphones and "educate" them as to which products they should buy.

That being said, and once the argument about NORAD has been proven to be irrelevant in this case, I will come back to the kids problem: Most if not all of them will be infected anyways as soon as you reopen physical schools. Or maybe your plan is to never do that until we have a vaccine and have also studied its long term effects? Years? Ideally yes. Kids mostly need to learn reading and writing and math, maybe some basic physics and tack on a bit of chemistry if there are resources for it. Most of the rest is just there for political reasons. And if you can't teach your own kids those most basics of basics then... guess you need to go back to school yourself? Parent your kids. The only problem with closing down schools is socializing with their friends, but that's only a problem if the other parents are not taking their own appropriate measures. Which some won't, in which case your kids avoid being exposed to bad influences. The primary objection is simply this: parents who don't want to be around their own kids. Nothing we can do about that.

Actually the biggest problem with closing down schools and using only home schooling is social development. Sure, the 3 Rs and history are better taught at home and avoiding government propaganda and political "correctness" is a good thing, but it's easy for children to get indoctrinated in the culture of their parents to the point of not being aware of the diversity outside their families. They have to learn and see first-hand how other people live and think. Cultural inbreeding is not a good thing.

Bitcoin is a Rally CryMinus the lionized heroes and a literal declaration of independence, bitcoin is still very much a fight for freedom, and it is similarly becoming a rally cry to all those that refuse to sit back and accept the fate of our tenuous financial system. The very idea of freedom may be the single most important tenet underpinning the monetary revolution to which bitcoin is giving rise. When the war is won, it will likely find its way directly into a constitutional amendment (even though it’s already covered by the first amendment). The right of the people to keep and bear bitcoin. Prior to bitcoin, everyone had no practical choice but to opt into a flawed currency system. That changed when bitcoin was released into the wild in 2009. Bitcoin is completely voluntary, it is controlled by no one, and it affords everyone the ability to store and transfer value in a form of currency that cannot be manipulated. Bitcoin may not be synonymous with the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness but for those that choose to rely upon it as a better path forward, it is a fundamental and inalienable right. https://nakamotoinstitute.org/mempool/bitcoin-is-a-rally-cry/Truths like fists.

Is that the dead cat bounce?
Its the powers-that-be being calmed by the massive money printing going on. What we have here is a total disconnect between them and reality. They are saying, "well, we're getting ours, so fuck everybody else." Even though eventually, down the line, "everybody else" being fucked will cost them. Its unescapable.

It's not very black and white... I mean Belgium (similar population) has 3000+ dead and is has extensive measures for 3-4 weeks compared to Sweden's 850 dead... meanwhile Belarus (similar population to Belgium and Sweden) has no measures in place, they haven't even stopped their sport activities and crowd gatherings and yet they have only 19 dead

3 blocks away from BCH halving!
214 blocks in the new epoch and all is well. "All is well." LIAR! Your coin has literally shit the bed in the last 2 days. Its hash rate just plummeted 45%, to a low not seen since August 2019. A low not seen in ... somewhat under a year? How ecstatic you must be. Still processing transactions. Still being used in real commerce. No reports of monetary loss (at least of which I am aware. For all your hyperventilation, all is well.

3 blocks away from BCH halving!
214 blocks in the new epoch and all is well. I hope you realize how funny that is, right? Almost shit myself. I don't know what you think is so funny. It is quite common to refer to the interval between significant events (e.g. such as halvenings) as epochs. Indeed, it has been routinely used to refer to Bitcoin halvening intervals since before the first halvening.

The cost per hour for wiping out bCash is just $9,130. That doesn’t include block rewards which can reduce the attack cost by up to 80%. So what are you waiting for? Balls?
