pushups for bitcoin are you doing share of them I do planks instead.
an exercise in haiku
planks are way better they don't mess up your sternum long term, push-ups do. push-ups are ok tho, but you have to compensate symmetrically hang from a high bar with slightly flexed arm muscles as long as you can #workouthaiku

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

I can already see Bitcoin at $50k who else can see it at that value other than me? Not not $50k but more than that is coming soon. If the pattern of upward movement continues then we may see Bitcoin over $55k before halving event.

Huge stress feeling on the mesh when I do them. Planks do not make that feeling at all. So I do the planks. I added stairs today. down 12 steps up 12 steps do it 8 times which is like an 8 story walk up and down. Planks my goal is: 50 seconds left side 50 seconds right side 50 seconds two handed two times a day. just did 50 second left 50 second right I will catch breath and go do 50 two handed and done. so 1 set of 50-50-50 seconds each also 180 steps up and down 84 up down set and 96 up down set. @ SamReomo I already see BTC at 71k before the ½ ing a new ATH which I see getting broken in the Fall by over 100k. Which I see that getting topped in December 2024 over 200k I see the best cycle ever for about 21 months in a row which is till late fall of 2025

What a welcome sight! The Wall is full of haikus! That must mean something...
Push-ups or coffee? Young ones push, old geezers sip, Coiners buy the dips.
Craig Wright on trial. When will he ever give up? Asperger's does that...
That's enough, Saylor! Leave some corn for us, will you? Yeah, right, I thought so...
Here's some Wall wisdom: Alpacas ain't no llamas. Both make great socks though.
First it was 1k, Then it was page parity. Soon, post parity!
Onwards and upwards. AYH, ATH, moon. Confirmed by proudhon!

Sounds solid. Two times 50 secs each is plenty, gives you nice core stability, which i think is supporting the navel area very well. I do 45 secs after longer breaks (2+ weeks), working up my way to 60 secs, while everything above 30 secs is said to be effective. When i do elbow planks after a longer break, i get lower back pains after 30-40 secs, which disappear over the course of the next three sessions. Only thing to care is rounded shoulders if you skip the reverse planks, which you can usually hold twice as long as the normal/elbow ones. It's all about symmetry. I also have herniae (imguinal) but i refuse to get it fixed surgically. I'm too lean for buttonhole surgery, so they would have to cut through three layers of muscle to apply the mesh and the healing is complicated and takes several weeks to a couple of months. My doctor advised me to only do this kind of surgery if there's danger of colon prolapse followed by obstruction.

Also no dead lifts over 50 pounds an s19 miner is about as much as I can lift from the floor. I can carry if the item already high on a shelf. all in all hernias suck.

I have to add, though: Not all aspergers are cunts only a few ones Very true. There are geniuses with Asperger's. I would even risk suggesting that a degree of autism could be a necessary condition for excellence. Sadly, this is not the case for CSW...

People that yell I have Asperger's are using it as an excuse for being an asshole rather than addressing the fact they only have to make a bit of an effort not to be an asshole. They think its a get out of jail free card.

2 minutes throwing a ball, running a little bit and then jumping on top of each other. Same time spent showing Taylor Swift in the crowd, the girlfriend of a temper tantrum player who hasn't touched the ball. 56 minutes talking shite, stretching, hanging about, talking in headsets. Usher dancing like an imbecile clown on roller skates to noise sponsored by Apple preceded by a "relationship warning". That is the weirdest "sport" I have ever seen, I have to say.
