Mainly because ETH has been sinking and BNT's price is still anchored to ETH. Once Bancor's platform will start to work, it will gain its own value.

It was around $3.90 they offered 100 BNT for 1 ETH so this happening due to drop of Ethereum price. I believe this project potentially would get recover to that price in next few months.

Yes, ICO price was 0.00145 in BTC, 0.01 in ETH and 3.9$ in Dollar.
So now BNT is lower than ICO price in BTC and $ but not in ETH.

This is good strategy in bearish situation buy only that amount which we can afford to hodl for long term. Even the rally for this coin is not get started yet so calm down and wait little more if we want good profit from this project.

everything allright until now . But when I check distribute page on there 52 time +500 , 1 time +1 , 1 time +1000 , 2 time +2000 BNCECO already distributed. 52*500+1+1000+2*2000=310001 .

And I already report this problem but this problem not solved yet .




Now here is the question is this bug or human mistake or  misuse ? which one ?

Errr its not a mistake. And because the bug bounty not over (it will never end) thats why it still not finalized properly.

They will continue to generate more BNCECO when they run out of it to reward the participant.

 so they do it in one lump sum generate 5k BNCECO each time it run out.
When they want to distribute the BNT, they will use only the total BNCECO distributed to be divided with % bnt.

So there are no problem with it, they only divided the % of bnt allocated with the distributed bounty token only, the extra amount generated and not used will not be counted in.
