Anyone that did proper diligence or analysis of Bancor should have known this was going to happen. I looked into for 10 minutes and heard the words Keynesian economics, fractional reserve baking, and price pegs associated with cryptocurrencies. Ran away as fast as I could! For those of you who thought, "hmm.. lets adopt every failed economic scheme thats been dreamt up by central bankers and apply that to cryptocurrencies? Sounds great!" I have no sympathy. Bancor Fail! people manipulated by whales and bancor, but they are still confident about this project ... unbeliavable Clearly you didnt read the whitepaper, And must be new in crypto. Lol lol , i dont expect more from a bancor fanboy  |

What are you talking about? The whole crypto are manipulated by whales. Why do you think we are in a dump period now? If you read Bancor white paper this is what they are trying to solve: too much manipulation in cryptos. Cryptos cannot go to mainstream if these problems continue to exist. That's the reason why I think Bancor will play an important role in the crypto market in the future. It is way too easy to manipulate on the exchange. Wait when volume is low and try it yourself.
First of all Crypto especially Bitcoin and ETH are already mainstream. Manipulations will continue to exists no matter what you do. One whale can lower price on Bittrex and cause all other Exchanges to go red due to arbitrage traders, this will stay main problem. Bancor is good idea but in Crypto everything is in speed of delivery.  |

The recent dump is just a dump. That guy didnt buy back. And this is not manipulation. Its just a weak hand investor that dump, He should dump in smart contract instead for better price. Lol |

It is normal to see some ICO cryto coins dump to below the ICO price. But it does not mean the project is not promising. The price is decided by the market, as we know, the price may be controlled by the whales, or just simply the bounty hunters sell their coins. So let us be patient to see what bancor can bring us.

It seems that people simply don't get it, even after the price floor is gone.
First, they said that it was impossible for the price floor to disappear, now they are delusional that the price is going to increase.
Wake up people, Bancor is a pool inside an Ocean called Ethereum.
The concept behind Bancor is a Ponzi scheme, nothing less, nothing more. The only way the price can really increase is if more people buys it.
On the other side, the real Crypto price is truly decided by the market.
It seems that there is a lot of dumb money going on these days. So many people wishing to loose money.
I just hope that people are prepared to loose their money and don't whine about it, they were warned so many times, that they just decided to blindly loose their money.
I still find incredible how much scamming is going on these days, this is just going to bring a bad reputation to the crypto world.
Maybe the people will use their cells between their ears to actually take action and cut their loses before they lost serious money, it is still not too late.

^^^^^ People were also warned adamantly about Ethereum....how many people heeded those warnings and now regret it? There is FUD and there is HYPE....They both have an effect on the markets. That's why each individual has to vet the facts and make their own decisions as to the risks involved....Generally speaking, the larger the risk, the higher the potential reward---> It's math! But, when giving criticism, it would be helpful to include some facts from which your opinion is based upon....Otherwise, it is just baseless FUD and should be treated as such. |

I think the floor was moved lower than the ratio of 1Eth to 100BNT tokens because of the bounty tokens dumpers because ideally from what the team said it is supposed to be 1Eth = 100BNT tokens

The price floor was only a portion of the tokens above the cap, not the entire amount. |

The price floor was only a portion of the tokens above the cap, not the entire amount. It was not the bounty dumpers. The floor has been destroyed by a whale who probably wanted to go fiat before August 1st. Now those BNTs are in the hand of the team. |
