I sent BTC yesterday and it does not show... Used the Report Issue button but no response for nearly 24 hrs. I am sure that my BTC deposit address changed when I loged out to test my password. I sent to: 15u5hpfmD8isPJEMPHvEoN2Ei5uYSWPBFt pls help
It has been close to 48 hour AND NO RESPONSE. WTF The form you filled out is not for responses. It is for cataloging your investment so we can register your problem and get to your account individually. I'm sorry you misunderstood the nature of the issue form, but the developers have been resolving accounts one by one. I have invested 10 BTC on the first day of the ICO. It was showing properly in the "Bitcoin investment history" and the "My MobileGo Tokens" was showing "to be calculated shortly". Then a few days ago when I checked, the My MobileGo Tokens showed 0.00000 ! I then filled a form like suggested on this thread, but had absolutely no reply. And now when I check, even my investment of 10 BTC in "Bitcoin investment history" is gone !! Disappeared ! It's now like I didn't ever send anything... I find it unacceptable to have such an unreliable platform for an ICO and asking people money and making me having to go through trouble to show you that I invested my money in it but that your system is not taking it properly into account. Like I just said, the form was not for replies. But to get onto your bitcoin investment history. Today a couple users reported the same thing. When I went to check their account, I saw their exact investment histories, time stamp, and even their mobilego balances. I spoke with our developers just before they signed off for the night (1 AM by them), and I was told a display update was coming in the morning their time. This is the reason a number of BTC investors are noticing deposits disappearing. However, unlike other issues there investments are fully indexed and are simply waiting for the update. If you send me your email I can confirm you are in the same boat, and your investment is recognized on our end. We have apologized for the ICO platform we are using. There were heavy tests performed, however last minute changes were made by the icotech providers, which caused these problems to occur.

I'm so sorry for u guys that u got such problems with the ICO, it should be a time of joy for u getting so much money/support from the community. Instead you have to deal with all the problems the ico platform brings with it. I hope it all gets sorted out.

I say all's well that ends well. After many weeks of not showing my MGO token balance correctly, my dashboard is reflecting my total amount the way it should. And it appears to be updating regularly to reflect incoming investments. The fact that it's working now for me might be cold comfort if you're still experiencing problems, but it should give you hope that things will eventually work out. And like I've said before: all this adversity reveals the true character of a team. I, for one, am impressed by how they've handled it all. With a lot of grace and hard work.

Can someone confirm that Ethereum ERC-20 is supported. e.g., If I invest from my MEW (My Ethereum Wallet), MGO tokens will be issued back to my MEW...

And it appears to be updating regularly to reflect incoming investments. The fact that it's working now for me might be cold comfort if you're still experiencing problems, but it should give you hope that things will eventually work out. I invested WAVES the first day the ICO opens. They never showed up in my account. I filled out the "issue form" twice and did not hear anything. Then I wrote an email to support, now I finally got a response: ***************************************************** We have processed your request in the reporting form, so you have definitely been heard. The Waves node we have hasnt been able to fully sync so this is causing the display not to register the deposit. Addresses may have changed but everything is still linked to everyones original address if they deposited there. Until the Waves node can sink, many Waves deposits won't show up as they should. Our team has processed your problem, and is working toward a swift solution. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Yes, it seems they have fixed issues with ETH address.This used to be an issue for me & I had a post about it too. There was no direct response to that post, but the problems were resolved within 2 days. While logging in, it shouldn't take more than a few seconds to display the page. If it doesn't show up, try refreshing. I'm still a noob, but I have realized that it pays to bring up about any technical issues one may be facing.

It has been close to 48 hour AND NO RESPONSE. WTF I'm planning to add some gamecredits to my investment but my mobilego tokens from my previous bitcoin deposit is still not showing. I just sent my gamecredits to the ico and my mobilego token was also updated. But my initial bitcoin investment isn't visible, since yesterday, in my dashboard and not yet added to my mobilego token. I hope i can already see my real approximation of the amount of my Mobilego token tomorrow.
