Guess I will flamed for this and accused for all sort of bullshit, but I still recieve euro from mtgox, last one 04. februar. The one before that was 15 January so less then the 20 days even.
No we believe you. Bank Xfers are a different issue than BTC Xfers though. BTC SHOULD ALWAYS BE INSTANT - and confirmed within about an hour. THE PROBLEM IS: MTGOX will constantly "pretend" to send you the BTC, but never actually TX it to the network. History shows if this happens to you it takes 5-7 days to actually get your BTC. The scare is this used to be a random thing that occurred every now and then (I had 2BTC stuck in NOV and chalked it up to a fluke). But with 50-90% of all transfers being faked now (just a guess based on http://coinsight.org/mtgox.html ) this could be the end... yeah shouldn't take 2weeks with same cut paste response from suppor who stops failed transatcion after 8 days puts back in mt gox wallet so can start process again.

I am still waiting for my BTC. BTC ought to be transferred within 30 mins, the hash doesn't show up on blockchain either.

Meh found my BTC withdrawl in there - sigh - clearly a company full of morons. They can't even do BTC withdrawls properly. So ... tracking down when other people had delays ... Someone told me a 4 day delay ending on or before Jan-28 Another person a 3 day delay was ... Dec-04 or before Edit: also there's 6010 transactions in there - phail Edit2: hmm I think I'll keep track of where it is in the list (i.e. check every so often) to see if the list is simply just growing or items are being cleaned up 1 a day or what ... my withdrawal yesterday is in the bottom 3rd

Supposedly, mtgox is slowly chewing through the log by retrial and processes them, eventually. The delay is a few days, like 5? not sure... Other than that -- get in touch with support...

The log at the moment is over 23MB If you are on linux and know your transaction number (lets say it's abcdefabcdefacbdef....) wget -O - https://data.mtgox.com/api/0/bitcoin_tx.php | egrep '"out"|^}|abcdefabcdefacbdef' | grep -vn "out" The last number is the total count + 3 (i.e. subtract 3 from it) The number before your (1st) transaction number is where you are in the list The list changed from 6010 to 6086 in the time since I posted above saying it was 6010 and my transaction has moved ... 60 places towards the end ... no idea what that means

WHy would they have put back in mt gox wallet instead of sending other then obvious reason if that is what you say they are doing?

Most of the failed transactions will never go through because one of the input addresses has zero balance as it was spent earlier. Only the few failing transactions, which have newly mined coinbase inputs, will confirm slowly and even then it will be 17 to 24 hours later. Gox has to re-credit trading accounts directly for any btc withdrawal failing longer than a day, or PREFERABLY manually send to the customer's withdrawal address from a wallet with sufficient funds.

I'll try breaking mine up to multiple withdrawals, will see if that helps. You're correct, the "true" zero-balance issue, as opposed to 120 confirmation delay, cannot be solved by anyone but Gox.
