Great to read this. Thanks for the info...
It looks like 95% of the chips in my groupbuy will go to burnin... at least the few targets i got already look like it. And all in all... miner with cooling solution and overclocking ability... its a good price then. At least for bitburner XX.
Edit: Wird es eigentlich einen Rabatt geben wenn man viele Miner bestellt? Hat burnin mal sowas erwähnt?

The connector to the left (next to the fan-connector) looks to me like the up/down-connector the Cairnsmore1 boards were equipped with to chain stacked boards.
But the CM1 had two of them, one to connect to the lower board, one to the upper. How is this planned to work with Bitburner? Or am I mixing things up?

Its CAN-BUS all boards are wired in parallel on the differential bus lines. The flat cable will run through all connectors of one stack.

I see. I would expect that Enterpoint also used a bus and just looped through the two connectors. I like their concept, since it enables to stack say 16 boards very easily: you need to build 15 equally length ribbon cables (8cm) and connect boards one after the other. I suppose it is more complicated to build a long cable with equidistant plugs to connect 16 Bitburner boards, but might be wrong.

You could use cables with 2 headers on the end instead of the board having 2 connectors. somilar to Y-molex cables for case fans.

Looks great! When are your reference chips going to show up so you can start testing?

Hi Burnin, I plan on stacking these boards side by side on a water block. The horizontal CAN-Bus would be a bit messy. If possible could the board layout be modified so I could use a vertical 10 pin connector instead of the right angle one? Looking at the renders there seems to be a few components in the way. If this is easy fix could you please consider it otherwise don't worry as I can work around it if need be. Fantastic job so far

Do you already have pcb samples built? Or currently all in drawing phase?

Less than 2mm of PCB at the support edge holes? Any idea on the total weight of the 2 PCBs, 2 heatsinks and fan?

He wrote he ordered prototypes correct. How many boards u think is possible to run with a single RBpi?
Over 100 I'd say, it needs testing though. Fantastic job so far For the production boards I'll see what I can come up with for your use case. But the boards are mainly designed to be stacked like in the renders.

Burnin is there a way for you to create a stencil for this PCB for us DIY guys so we can apply solder paste through the stencil. This would make it much easier for those that want to assemble there PCB's themselves. I have 750 or so chips coming in and this would make it much easier.
