So my chips from Zefir which have been with you for over a 10 days now have not been even sent to production?
Guess what buddy, it's not only your chips. There are plenty of people waiting for their remaining boards to be shipped, including me. You are free to take your business elsewhere if you are not satisfied with the service provided. Sincerely, Go cry somewhere else. I know other peoples chips are there as well, asshole. It's not crying when my problem is completely legitimate. I just voiced my discontent because we were promised a board production capacity of, and I quote burnin: "Timescale: Usual Processing time for on order: 5 to 10 Days after receiving the customers chips. Production capability ~1000 modules per week.
" Did he overestimate his production capability? Probably, but then he shouldn't have promised something he couldn't even meet even 50% on. I have heard barely a peep from burnin, and only received half-assed responses to a couple of the several emails I have sent him since August. Did he overwhelm himself? Probably, but, it shouldn't be at our expense, HE is the one who claimed to be able to meet the demand. I very much applaud him for his time and effort, and I doubt he is making much money on this project, but that is a risk he took, as is the risk I (and everyone else here) took, to give him money to pay for a service he claimed to be ready to do. Granted hes busy building them, and I very much commend him for his time and effort into this, but between the Avalon chip debacle, the delays with burnin's production, and then the fact that it has to be shipped internationally to me (and many more of us), we'll be lucky to have paperweights by the end of October, given that difficulty is increasing 20-30% every 10 days. Problem is, I already have a sunk cost of 240 chips from zefir, and the fact that burnins production rate is significantly slower than originally claimed is incredibly frustrating. If me voicing my very much valid concern is 'crying' to you, then feel free to hit the ignore button. That's what it's there for right?

Firstly... he only can afford to pay one assembler now since the amount of boards that will be built are way less than anticipated. That lowers the speed. Next thing is that the assembler without noticing burnin started to mainenance his placement machines. Another result of the late time the chips came in. And the next thing is that zefirs chips came even later than mine. Which means bitfury boards were already in production in the meantime. So the bitburners for zefir now got a place in line again. Everything result of the late coming of the chips and the small amount of boards to be produced now.

I just received a notice from UPS with a tracking number for a package is on its way from Germany. I haven't ordered anything else from there so this must be my order. It is from SebastianJu's first group buy.
EDIT: I also received an email from burninmining saying that my order is complete and showing the tracking number.

I heard something about delays at the assembler, but these threads become hundreds of pages long, it becomes hard to get important relevant information highlighted. Hopefully, this means production ramps up...

@burnin, i received the bitfury miner today, the miner runs with 48Ghs - 47C stable. But i have no documentation about the best settings for the miner.
I use this settings --avalon-options 115200:16:10:d:274 --bitburner-voltage 1270 What settings are the best for this mining board, what is wrong in my settings, is ~ 48 GHs the maximum with cooling ?

Now that the boards are going out can we expect that refunds for those who chose that option will now be done? I still worry that the wording in cryptx thread regarding refund breakdown will override Burnin's original promise on this :/
Hoping for the best

So my order was 38x from Sebastians GB and I haven't heard anything. So does order number not really matter.
Edit: not that it matters anymore at this point.

Did he overestimate his production capability? No, he underestimated the refunds because of Yifu's Yifuness. Basically, if you ask for around 1000 modules per week, no one is gonna care and go to work immediately. You are an A customer then. If you get around 100 modules that need to be fitted into certain timeslots per week, you just became a C customer. Basically, A customers get treated ASAP because of the high financial income they make you, they are 20% clients. C Clients are somewhere in the last bits of the other 20%, that just come by to manufacture something, sometimes. So they do get calculated, but they will not be the single most important customers saving your employees jobs. So, A customers get better slots, C customers can wait. ranted hes busy building them, and I very much commend him for his time and effort into this, but between the Avalon chip debacle, the delays with burnin's production, and then the fact that it has to be shipped internationally to me (and many more of us), we'll be lucky to have paperweights by the end of October, given that difficulty is increasing 20-30% every 10 days. I think this is going to become a little slower now. The ridiculous increases now will only happen for another maybe 2 or 3 times now, then the percentage increases become insane to uphold. The problem is that the BIG rally, you know, the one we were all waiting for, has happened before our own eyes. The crazy shit went down the hill while we were waiting for our orders. The insane times we looked forward to, to make the quick return on investment while stabilizing the network, is gone. I have calculated that it will take around half a year to recoup my investment if I am lucky. That is okay, actually. It is not the big bucks, but it is not a zero sum investment that blew up in my pockets. At least if we do not see 500 mill by the end of the year.

I won't count on that. 500M diff is about 3.6 PH/s network speed, minus 1.6 PH/s current speed, equals 2 PH/s have to come online till the end of the year. 500 TH/s is expected from ASICMINER alone, KnCMiner's first batch was estimated at about another 500 TH/s which are not yet all online. Each reel (3000pcs) of bitfury chips is at least 7.5 TH/s, and lots of them will be delivered shortly, and much more till the end of the year. Plus other manufactures (and new batches from existing ones)... So you can see why market bets 6:1 that 500M will be breached before xmas.

So do people need to 'use' orders?
I have a good deal of assemblies that i do not need, so i was going to use the 50% refund option, but are there people who can make use of them?
