My two boards are now up and running via two USB cables. I am kind of confused though, since one of the boards makes a "clicking" sound when not yet warm. It also shows, although it has almost same rate of accepted shares, a very high number of hardware errors. I am trying to run them at 450 though.

Burnin,
You have 240 of my chips from Zefir batch 3, which still shows up as 'Processing'. I emailed you several times and gave me vague responses as to when my boards would be assembled. I would like to have my order refunded and my 240 chips shipped to me ASAP, because unfortunately you cannot hold your timeline. I understand the Avalon debacle screwed you over, but now you are screwing those of us with incomplete orders. My patience has dried up, I placed an order on 7/31 and no updates to it since then. I applaud your efforts and congrats to everyone who got their units, but at this rate, I will not accept assembly that is already a month behind and already 3-month behind schedule. Thanks for trying at least.
Not speaking for burnin but i believe all ordered boards already were built. He now ships the miners as soon as they reach him from the assembler, after the assembler tested the unit.

I have spoken with burnin (finally). He is just going to ship my chips back to me. I thought one of my orders was in the assembly queue (the other was converted to a Bitfury discount), but due to Paypal freezing his account, the payment for my 2nd order never went through. My apologies for the confusion. As much as I hate Paypal, I preferred to have some recourse in case shit hits the fan (eg. Terrahash). Granted, I used one of my orders towards a Bitfury discount, I still had to pay more out of pocket to get anything shipped (Avalon's fault, not burnins). Either way, he is true to his word, but I would suggest he hire someone to handle his correspondence if he has to dedicate all of his time to assembly, etc.

I thought my cgminer (3.3.x included in minepeon, latest version) is the problem, because I doesn't support overvolting above 1310mv, but the main limit in reaching more than 400 mh/s was the temp limit. I have problem with 1 of my BitBurnerXX. When stacked and connected by BUS-CAN it's mining normal, but when conected direct by USB Windows doesn't detected it at all. WTF??

455MHz @ 32C? Are you running them in your fridge??? Anyway I'll try with my air cooled bitburners and "--avalon-auto". Let's see what happens... For me "--avalon-auto" results in slower hashrates - after about 10h it went down to ~320MHz (starting at 380MHz). I'll try again with v3.4.3, maybe this will result in better rates... I would really like to see pictures of solaris setup, must look awesome.
+1 sorry for the delay. I had problems with my PC. At the moment it´s cold outside ( 4°C) and I set the voltage to 1300 mV. I´m using an old cooler from a car. It needs 150 W for the ventilation. And this is the water pump. max 2200 l/h And this are my 48 bitburnerXX: All the things are working very good with no problems. There is only one problem: It will take about 4 weeks. Then the energy costs will be higher than the earnings.

I am guessing that 5GH/s units are the 20 chips modules. If I convert 105 EURO's to CAD it's about $150 CAD. To get over 100GH/s I will need to spend $3000 CAD. Yet our friend YiFU sells the 4 module Avalon's for 12BTC which is $2400 CAD which I can easily get 100GH/s from.

Don´t forget the time in the math. The costs for 16 Bitburnerxx ( with together 320 chips) were ( long times ago) 320 chips 0,086 Bitcoins each : 27,52 Bitcoins 16 BitburnersXX 105 Euros each: 1680 Euros ( it that times about 16,8 Bitcoins) ATX PowerSupply, Raspberry Pi,.. 250 Euros ( 2,5 Bitcoins) 27,5+16,8+2,5 = 46,8 Bitcoins Today the AVALON 4-module miner with 320 chips costs 8 Bitcoins So today it is better to buy a miner with 320 chips for 8 Bitcoins then for 47 Bitcoins ....

Don't want to be annoying, but the difficulty would have to double again, to get you trouble. Not that it cannot happen, and it WILL likely happen, but how far do you think this is gonna go? At least you won't loose profits in the next four weeks I guess. You could even take doubling the diff right now to be profitable...
