The ICO seems that ended in the middle of December and it has been more than 3 months until ARK will be accessible to their users and to the potential investors who have missed the chance to invest during the ICO, still not bad, better a bit late and good than never but as far as I know there were many investors and gathering 1 million dollars during the ICO is a big success, let's not compare with Iconomi who got 13Million but if ARK team haven't spent the bitcoins then they have more than 1 million dollars value of coins.

Hope you guys got in at 5-10k satoshi range, we just broke out of our previous ATH of 9.5k over the past couple of days and it doesn't look like there's much pullback. I think 10k is the safe bottom for now.

The team is pretty ambitious with all of their offerings (decentralized storage, decentralized databases, blockchain interoperability and usability) and I expect this should reach at least $35 million market cap, possibly even more. It definitely has the potential to reach Decred or Pivx levels, or around $70-100 million market cap, and these two coins don't even seem to be offering as many great features (although they are still great coins). We're just at 15 million market cap and also aren't even on Poloniex yet, where the real volume is.

I have 15,000 Ark.  I was hesitant to invest in any coin with much more than a 20 million market cap with my XEM and I came to the conclusion this coin and Xtrabytes were good projects.   I bought this one a few weeks back and xtrabytes the other day at 333 and 320 sats... total 550,000 XBY give or take 25,000.  Very small investments relative to the value of my XEM.

Hopefully, ARK price is not going in the upward trend and you already made a wise decision, I feel mostly by the year end, it will be over a dollar and be trading on most of the top exchanges.

Why do you say they don't have anything to show up? do you check ARK site where they have current progress setup and also it has a % of completion and I see it moving up slowly.

When asked about the smart bridge, they said they are already in process of implementation and once this is out, you can easily see ARK go up to 10$ but that will take a long time to bridge all major cryptos.

Agreed. ARK has been one of the best performers of the ICO coins - $73 million cap from a $1 million ICO. From that chart, only Storj, Stratis, Spectrecoin and Antshares are better performers. And then I'd cross off Spectrecoin (too small of a cap; possibly easy to manipulate), and Storj/Antshares (they have been around a long time). Only Stratis has had better performance than ARK in such a short time.

There is going to be pretty big exposure for ARK - they are sponsoring fintech events and even partnering with Ledger to have hardware wallet support. If you read up on ARK, its improvements vs. Lisk are nontrivial. It's trying to have more Bitcoin-like features, so it's easier to integrate into existing ecosystems (e.g BIP32 addresses instead of Lisk addresses allowed the hardware wallet integration).

IMO, it can easily reach or surpass Lisk's market cap in the near future. If you bought when I mentioned the trend reversal, you'd already be up 15-20% or more

As for the coins you mention, I only would recommend Shift, primarily because they have a fairly small market cap and have had constant development focusing on a niche (IPFS web hosting). I would not recommend Blitzcash because there's not much independent development; I got in at 3k sats and already sold at 80k. The wallet has not been functioning well and there's not been much development apart from the Stratis sidechain stuff (which is what's holding the price). Other coins I have no idea.

Yes, it looks to be possible as we have so much of time to get to mid of 2018 and ARK has recovered well today and reached 50k sat while there was a low of 41k sat due to the fork.There are constant updates from the team and if we have a working demo on the smart bridge, I suppose the target can be easily achieved.

Yes it's a long term investment, for now you can only interact with ETH blockchain trough A.C.E.S. (send eth and deploy smart contracts on EVM) but for what I can see on roadmap ArkVM is 55% complete, Mobile wallet is almost there, Push Button Deployable Blockchains is 53% complete, Business entity/foundation is 95% complete. There's so much room to grow here, I also read on Ark slack people interested in building encoded listeners for Waves, IOTA and NEO

Agreed.  I think it is one of the most underrated "older" coins too.

The slow growth is a bit frustrating but I held on my coins.  The staking return helped alleviate the frustration a bit.  Hopefully, it will grow faster now that the slump is coming to the end (or ended) and with the marketing and release of some of their numerous projects.

I was a bit bored to I entered my ARK holdings in an excel worksheet to confirm if I am getting the projected 10% return from my delegate. 

To my surprise, I am actually getting an average of 12.69% return per annum (coin count wise).  Since the added coins also earn coins, it has a compounding effect.  Lastly, the coin value also appreciates so win-win-win!!!

If ARK does x5-x10 then people will call it as new Ethereum classic and not new Startis. To be like Stratis needs just a x2. That can happen next week. Or Stratis come down visit us and be like ARK.

I reviewed ARK last month, one of the most underrated altcoins in the top 100 because they do not yet have a marketing team and they want to focus on products rather than marketing, so the price is lower than what they want to create. Individually, if ARK is placed at 21 it means ARK has improved a lot, if I have more money now, I will invest more in this project, because it will definitely get a lot of profit.

No they're not priced in but there's not only Ark Core v2 in progress, there's also ArkVM for smart contracts and continue developing of push button deplyable blockchains (last release was Ark Deployer). And don't forget ACES, these guys are makeing Ark really interoperable with external blockchains

Totally agree, guys, ARK is very underestimated on the market at the moment and i couldnot resist to add some more to my bag around 3.60$ price today. In my opinion, ARK and ETC are the biggest favorites among top100 coins to have big pump next couple months.

That is a correction and not a trend. When price increase  or drop a lot there is always a correction before price increase or drop more. Trend in last few days still looks positive.

ark rank 126 in coinmarketcap now and thats not bad rank, even i can said thats really good rank
, because a lot of new project born and ark still stand in good rank on coinmarketcap
