Hello Minexcoin Support,
I participated in the ICO. Now I can't login on the ICO platform and I couldn't reset my password either as the "Passphrase Recovery Window" keeps reporting the only email address I have as invalid.
Kindlly come to my rescue.
Hello Minex Support, Can you please attend to this challenge. The password reset on the ICO page is not working. Email addresses are not been recognized. Kindly assist. Please repeat in PM. Dont worry. Everything will be okey. We will check it on Monday because our tech workers are not in office now. In our'country is night now. Tech workers not in office now? LOL. They should be paid to work weekends to meet promised goals already broken twice already. People have received their bounty coins, yet investors (who actually invested real money) have not? Why would you EVER do it that way? Order #4191 - Please just transfer my coins - so I can go on my way. Attention Minexcoin support, Have I lost my coins/investment? Why is this problem still unresolved? Please an immediate solution would be appreciated right now. Kind regards where you lost the coin ? on the account ICO / BOUNTY or in the wallet offline ?? At what address did you send the coin? Check http://minexexplorer.com/? and search for the address that you input. It was actually fast in withdrawing in the ICO page. It took about 10 mins for me to receive my MNX. I can see my address in explorer but in wallet coins are not there Is there any update for the wallet kindly do needful I delete all file except wallet.dat now wallet is not syncing , No connection ( is there any addnode to add ) thanks Are you using the official release of MinexCoin wallet? I know in c-cex they add a coin through voting or something like that..

Very nice. Now we have a mining pool. Even though it is only for CPU but it is a start. I can see that there is a lot of people mining. I am going to try mining in the pool as well. Great job guys!

Yes I agree. Even listing NovaExchange would be a great start devs.

why do my shares keep fluctuating..
shouldn't they just keep increasing as i keep mining?
at one point i have 12.5 shares and then it went to zero and then to 1.6 shares.
this has been going on since i have been mining.
it hasn't paid anything out so it should not reset.

It might not have paid out but I think what happens is whenever the pool finds a block, your "shares" go to zero, and your "Balance" (Bal) goes up. Then once you have accrued more than a certain amount (maybe it's 0.2 MNX, not sure), then you get a payout. You might have shares go down to 0 but then you should have a balance showing in their place. |

Robbie is the correct, the shares are valid for the current bloxk. If a new block is found everybody is reset to zero shares. Your shares are saved, so when the block that was just found has been confirmed 100 times it will payout according to those shares

Give the MineX team -1 trust, they promise a lot but we even do not have any date, when they give us a date or when it is available on any exchange I will remove my -1 trust on their account.

OK, thanks for answer. It's not that it's hard to install but my PC is very old and I suspect it has some malware/virus in it. I plan to get a new PC. I don't want to install a wallet to this one so I keep my Minexcoins in bounty panel. Ok, it's smart decision;) |
