Can you give some more details on the IVR (Interactive Voice Menu)? Is this navigation through a menu by use of voice? I always find these systems to be problematic, to say the least ;p

As an example.
You pre-record some actions, which will happen when someone press buttons on their phone and audio for that actions as well
"Press 1 if you want to speak with sales department"
"Press 0 if you want to back to previous menu"
and so on

It looks like speed of work on technical matter is slower once again because no new exchange has been announced. I wasn't here for sometime upon my returning I did search to see if there is something new in all this period but don't see. Technical difficulties and challenges are understandable but you are active in this space for more than  2 years almost.

If it happens, then not earlier than the end of 2019. But only after community votes for it, if most people would like to stay on ehtereum/waves than Encry blockchain will be used for other products.

Hey! technical matter and exchanges are not connected subjects in any way. As it was said we are looking for good proposal from top 30 exchange, but we didn't get anything reliable atm.
And you can't stop developing the technical part of your product, it is IT.

I suppose its not part on your roadmap but if the project works much better when its on its ownchain, we could vote for it. I see no reason for it though because after all the two networks can handle.

To conquer world market you need big preparation and set up with speedy development covering every single aspect. You are doing your job of communicator very well with good positive statements and words but on grounds actions don't support your claims. Hi, we are following our development road map quite well. There are some stages we cant make simultaneously that's why you can't miss some milestones and just speed up increasing tech team members.
