Well yeah this is true. The important thing is to earn profit on the BTC that you have in your wallet. I guess it is a good idea to sell it if you have bought it on a cheap price. I think it is better to sell it after sometime and then invest in some other coins so that it keeps you active and alive. Only holding will not be a fun moment.

It all depends on the amount of profit that you booked. If you for example bought your coins below the $500 level last year, and kept holding them till now, no one can say that holding isn't fun or whatever. If you still think it's not enough, then you're just being filled with greed. Such people will never get fully satisfied with any profit that they book....

Holding is the best suggestion as the price is going very high with each passing minute. genius people know about the future of bitcoin so they do not sell them and they are holding their bitcoins. It is the time to buy more and hold and not the time to sell your bitcoins.

If someone is in need of money/fiat to spend on its needs then he do not have to look at the price but he have to sell them to fulfill ta=hat need while if someone do not need the fiat then I will tell them to hold them as if they will be in bitcoin then they will get the profit without any worry.

TThe bitcoin has reached the Segwit agreement and it will be implemented as soon as possible in a half of year range.
We are still at the beginning of mass adoption for bitcoin.
Hold your coin is the right decision and we must remember bitcoin has limited supply and it already less everytime.

For me its better if you hold your bitcoin because if you see the price is contiously increasing and I believe many investor will invest to the bitcoin so the price will start increasing again I wait the price to reach $3000-$4000 before I sell this . But for now I will hold . Yes bitcoin price is too high many people undecided if their sell their bitcoin or not. But if you are undecided its better if you sell your other bitcoin and then hold your other bitcoin . Incase of bitcoin pump high and incase bitvoin price will dump again.  But I suggest to you hold and buy more bitcoin and for sure you will become happy.

That is satisfaction but if you will observe with the movement of bitcoins price. You can still wait a little bit longer because the chances to see the price of bitcoin at higher price is there. If your indecisive you can always sell a % of your position and take profit and leave the rest to grow. I personally have already liquidated 50% of my bitcoin holdings because I'm sacred of a sudden price dump.

Yes, there's no need to regret when he is going to have a look to the price and there's a need to sell. Just think that there is sufficient profit that you've got already and you need to keep on holding until you can. As you withdraw some of your bitcoin funds, others will be on a progress on this type of investment as you can clearly get a good profit.

I hope that it is only a smaller drop and the price once again started to increase. I am sure that the price will not take that correction for longer and the price will start to increase that is why I am saving now for more longer and I hope that the price will reach to $5000 or $10000.

I think its better to hold your bitcoin for the meantime instead of selling it. As we all know that the bitcoin is getting more popular and its value is getting more bigger. Then sell it if it is already in greater value.

For example if you're earning like 10% of your investment, would you just sell or would you be interested in waiting and seeing if it goes more up so you could earn more, in doing that its possible that it may go down and you then earn like 5-8%
But what is your process in this? How do you go about hold and sell timings?

There is no point to put yourself some limit when we are talking about earnings, the limits should be there so you protect yourself from losing money, but those limits are useless when it comes to earning money, if the price goes up for 50% you are not going to sell when it hits 10% you want to sell as high as possible, so when bitcoin reaches the peak you will only sell if bitcoin loses 10% of its value, you will not get the full profits but you will get most of it which is what it is important.
