I'm starting to think that selling bitcoin at this point will not cost you a loss, especially if you've collected bitcoins at a price of $ 1000 or less. Well, if you already have 6 or more bitcoins in your wallet, then sell half of it, because that will definitely benefit you.

Usually i prefer to hold the coin, if you have correct information that in future the price will grew than better to hold. It is not necessary that only 10% profit is enough, we could earn more profit if we have correct information. Like in bitcoin, we could guess now bitcoin price will be grow more than its mean better to hold it now. So same as in altcoin trading, we could earn to hold the coins if you have the skills to do trading.

It is not necessary that only 10% profit is enough, we could earn more profit if we have correct information. Like in bitcoin, we could guess now bitcoin price will be grow more than its mean better to hold it now. So same as in altcoin trading, we could earn to hold the coins if you have the skills to do trading.
Now the price for unknown reasons is going down sharply and it worries me very much. Those who keep bitcoin for a long time can still keep. But those who earn quickly, they already probably sold coins |

Definitely hold your btc. If you want to sell, just sell a portion of your holdings. You always want to hold some btc, you don't want to miss out on the next pump
Profit is profit, if you think that you had enough already, sell at your own decision but don't regret because in the end the price will increase. I will hold until the price that I'm setting will be reach. With the rally of price chances of getting bigger profit is there, so wait. |

In trading how do you know if it is time to still hold or is it the right time to sell? Do you go buy your profit margin or actually wait for the highest possible peak?
For example if you're earning like 10% of your investment, would you just sell or would you be interested in waiting and seeing if it goes more up so you could earn more, in doing that its possible that it may go down and you then earn like 5-8%
But what is your process in this? How do you go about hold and sell timings?
In trading, it's hard to ascertain when to sell or hold as market is unpredictable. I always rely on the news firstly and once I didn't get something, I go with the second option which is to use my instinct. I don't consider volitality as lose but I consider it as opportunity to buy more. And everytime there is an inflaction occured, I used to sell of my holdings there so still have holdings to sell if it pumps. |

I think its better to hold it, you can wait if the price is become high and that's the time to sell because you can earn more profit and good value. Hold is a savings. Its better to hold and wait for the price it is a chance the price is become high. Don't need to worry to sell because this is investment that's why i hold it and wait to grow.

You are at wrong as the price will start to increase again as it happened more than 6 or 7 times in the previous year when the price start to increase it continue to increase faster than after some time it start to decline a little and then for a few days it stop to more and then once again the rise start up. So I am waiting again for the price to rise and I am holding more. |

to me i think most of the people in present conditions are holding bitcoin and not going to sell it. in fact most of the people are confident that the price of bitcoin is still expected to increase more and more. therefore they are not going to sell their bitcoin. which s also causing the value of bitcoin increase because of the availability of bitcoin increase its demand and value. |

I do my trading by following my trading strategy! My strategy in buy an asset (bitcoin and other crytocurrency) is buying at a discounted price and sell at a retail price that is buying cheap and sell high.

True, it might have fallen but it will surely rise, and it will be quite faster. Selling now would only cause you big regrets and head aches when the price more than doubled in a few months/years. In my honest opinion, there is no better long term investment in the world right now than bit coin.

It really depends on you're goal of trading, if you are daily trader it may be better to sell when you earn let's say 10% (depends of tactics). But overall you should hold your asset in cryptocurrencies, the longer the better (in theory  ) |
