 That is right, bitcoin is just a virtual currency and it is not good or bad but depends on how the users use it. We humans are the one making that digital currency tainted in black but it is inevitable. It is been predicted to be used in such activities and we can't do anything about it because it is really ideal for making such illegal transactions. Satoshi Nakamoto created these digital currency so that we can have freedom about our money and send it efficiently throughout the world. And if Satoshi Nakamoto knew that they are using it wrong, he will be very dissapointed with it.

Since bitcoin is not a centralized , but it is decentralized and everyone is free  to use and it is not restricted to use for particular person or user .
But still use of bitcoin by such types of people ( criminal activities ) will down the value ( in view of the government ) and it may be possible that some more countries ban the bitcoin fully .
So here we should do complete our responsibility , we should never make deals with those person who are not known fully or are doubtable and never try to reveal  Thier identity . In this way we can stop the use of bitcoin in bad thing and we will finally support the bitcoin in really way .

The question is very unfair, we know that US dollars and everything that has worth and value can be used for buying weapons. But we are all free to use whatever we want with our bitcoins. This is decentralized and freedom can be applied here it is why we don't care if those people are willing to use their btc for supporting terrorists, criminals and rebels. I think it is very likely, this is because a transaction with the bank are very strict so as to make them use the bitcoin for terrorist funds transfer. But there's a bright side, the bitcoin prices will rise.

Yes i think so that bitcoins in this day is being use as funds on illegal things like drugs prostitution and even terrorism,in fact thats the reason why some country banned bitcoin entirely in their place because it is being use in that way.Yes world leaders may have a will to kill btc if btc affect so much in terrorism and drugs.They need to shutdown btc in order to lessen growing problem,

i had so much laugh with this line mate but this is absolutely true! bitcoin itself has nothing to do with what people do to it or how people will use it. but this is the saddest part here. because of its kind of being anonymous, people will abuse the use of bitcoin. they use it for committing crimes and illegal acts that it is not supposed to be that way. too bad for bitcoin being used for such acts.

Yes we know that even though their real money is being used in doing illegal transactions but did you know that it is easier to give money thru bitcoin and it will be more safer? Because imagine if a rich man will support terrorist then if he withdraw money from his account, it will reflection on his bank account and the government might investigate that while in bitcoin if you send and withdraw money there is no traces that might put you in danger. So bitcoin is more prone for being used in terrorism.

Everyone can hold his own bitcoin even criminals can obtain his own bitcoin the question here would be if the police can do something about it? which is very hard to do really! transaction over bitcoin will always be anonymous regarding this that is why I think that is the best question regarding some transaction of identify for illegal business, I think bitcoin is not the reason behind, something like this, the real culprit would be the person itself he can surely done anything with his bitcoin.

Anyone who talks about using legislation on Bitcoin to fight terrorism is simply using a convenient event to push an agenda that they've had for a while. The fact is, Bitcoin is not used all that much more than other currencies for illicit activity that affects other people in a dangerous way, a large majority of the time. While it is more popular on sites that use .onion extensions, other currencies are still used, and would just make up Bitcoin's market share.

Stopping Bitcoin doesn't stop terrorist funding. It's disingenuous to suggest such a thing.

maybe yes and maybe no because we can not know for what the transaction is made. i think in out there, there still have a chance for bitcoin is used by supporting terrorists and they can using bitcoin for free. they can make transfer by sending and receiving bitcoin and then they can exchange it with local currency so they can buy some weapons or buy anything they want especially if the price is really high for now and i think they can make profit with this too. there still many possibilities for terorrist to use bitcoin for free as bitcoin is design for anonymously.
