But surely torcoin is not scam at all, the current price of TOR is 27912 and last week it was above 50000. the reason for this fall is that the dev have started a lot of bounty campaigns and they pay in TOR coins. Hence the people just dump as soon as they get paid with TOR from those bounty campaigns.

History has emphasized that whenever you give free coins , people will just dump it for bitcoins. A better option is to to pay in btc for promoting through any type of campaigns.

Tor coin is not scam . Last week the price of tor coin is 50,000 satoshi plus but after few days the price will go down at lower 30,000 satoshi . Im still waiting to listed the tor coin to thw buttrex and poloniex because If the tor coin add to this exchanges site the price will recover again and they increase the price contiously. I dont think not all particpants sell their tor coin like me I hole my tor coin and I bought tor coin. And many partipants also like me. But its better to next week if the reward is only bitcoin. Because many people suggest that.

well its just because the price fall down somebody is shaking better to check the reason behind as we seen bitcoin price is recovering back
i might say that tor will bounce back too, who knows what will happen if tor will proceed and be added to another exchange like polo or trex?

There are no sell orders listed for TORcoin on the exchange you listed? Only a few buy orders that are severely under market price LOL!
Cryptopia should definitely bump up the price of TOR, however the sig campaign will probably dispense a few thousand TORcoins, which will keep the price low.

No, the sig campaign doesn't dispense that much TOR - maybe a couple hundred TOR per week

BUT .. I do need to re-think my bounty strategy for marketing, ESPECIALLY on this forum. The reality is, very very few people from this forum actually invest in any cryptos.  Checking analytics, my traffic from bitcointalk is 1.2% of my total traffic to TorCoin.org.  Most investors come from clicking ads on NewsBTC or coinmarketcap or some other big site that I'm running ads on.  Almost no one comes to the site from Bitcointalk.  Therefore, I might be wasting time and TOR by offering a sig campaign here.  If paying TOR bounties to bitcointalk users results in people SELLING TOR but nobody BUYING TOR then I am having a negative impact on price by offering bounties here - in which case I will soon STOP offering bounties here.

I want BUYERS for TorCoin, NOT sellers.  So I will be re-thinking my strategy on paying any bounties at all in TOR.  I am already paying devs in BTC so that they don't accumulate TOR to dump on the market.

I may switch to paying ALL bounties in BTC, so that fewer TOR end up on the open market.  

Also just FYI, based on traffic analytics and other factors, I do not believe the FUD on the forum here has any effect whatsoever on TOR price, so it is easily ignored.

This should be a good week for TorCoin, especially once we get listed on Cryptopia!

How so? I have not seen volume really grow past days at all. If you mean On CryptoDAO, i do not really trust that exchange at all.

Not at all already they stopped paying in TOR coin to participants now the only active campaign is in the form of BTC. I hope it was affected by running TOR signature campaign. But still, there are many people who have a lot of hopes on this TOR coin because already Chinese market involved in it.

Actually one other torcoin exists, but it is pretty much dead. And there are some other coins integrated with tor too, so this one is not the only one.
As i said, there is another torcoin which you can find on Coinmarketcap

Despite all the FUD that has been done here and on other forums, it would be great to consider that the founder of Torcoin has never sold his premine.
I've been rewarded a decent amount of Tor from him for participating to the bounty campaign (I still hold my Tor, never sold any of them).

To "TheTorcoin", as the coin starts to get a bit older than a month and regarding the number of FUDders (I noticed that "SysFailure0x5a" has done a great job to make things clear and as an IT worker too, I simply can't ignore these facts), you should seriously work at improving your project by hiring some qualified devs to get ALL of your wallets REALLY Tor-integrated. That would be a MAJOR step  .

Tor coin is still alive and I believe they live long for many years because the dev create advertisement, like campaign to promote tor coin. Even the price as of now dump i believe they will pump in the future . Because tor coin is new coin. And every coin experiencing dumping price .

Anyone buy tor coin you can buy at the cheap price and wait for few months and for sure you will earn profit just keep patience tor coin will pump . Tor coin will become popular coin like others.

Actually the one who made the wallet and started the  project did dump his premine, but he is gone now.
Apperantly carsen has made many shit coins in the past, so this is not something new. But new team can take over the project, and leave carsen out.
Maybe he will be pissed after he sees what we can become
