I love the the rebranding, great job! I invested in this coin a few months ago when the price was much higher and before FUD started to circulate.. being around long enough to recognize that sometimes such "drama" derives from passion rather then greed. One thing though, since transparency and inclusion are among this projects core values I wonder why the main developer wishes to remain anonymous (or maybe not and I'm just finding it hard to find?)
Hes not really anonomous. He made no attempt to hide his name Zoltan Szabo. He has registed legally i think xtrabytes. Some team members visited him in Budapest. His wife even posted here and he was found on FB. My point is he hasnt tried to hide but also there is no reason to invade his privacy either. Later when he is done coding core he might raise his profile.. who knows. Worth knowing he is Hungarian with adequate English but is almost deaf so that brings some communication issues as you can imagine. XBY is unique is.just about everyway passible.

Borzalom maybe posted a couple of times here, it remains anonymous, that's sure but you can trust, the work is progressing well. I understand that because we are also anonymous here. There is much transparency on the development of the XBY project, less on our respective identities to preserve our private lives.

I have been following this project for a while and the consensus has always been to push the marketing side of things when the tech is ready. A few months ago people got a bit giddy with excitement and bought in at a high price at the time and then complained when nothing materised for a while and price went back down. The fact that the team are now pushing the marketing side of things means the tech is there, hence the testnet.
Any doubters can take part and test the backbone of what the XBY platform is for themselves and see if it really is "vapourware" like so many have said before. The possibilities of what can be done with the modules on XBY alone are genuinely ground breaking and once the testnet is complete and it moves into general release this is going to absolutely fly as devs start dropping their own modules directly to XBY.
Well done team I have to admit I didn't always have faith but you have proven myself and many others wrong about the validity of XBY 👍
Thank you so much for this very educative report. This confirms that XBY is turning believers into addicts and thank you for being so vulnerable in accepting your position. Speaks volumes about you and of course XBY. Thanks for sharing and being honest. Helped me so much in my belief in this project!!

I think as long as there is public proof that work is being done on the project that's the most we can ask for as a community. Personally, I don't really care to know the ins and outs of the founder, as long as they're active in their workflow and show that with facts, which it appears XtraBytes is definitely doing.

Thanks so much for sharing this I certainly respect and would never doubt one's wishes for privacy. If anything, your reply made me more intrigued then ever with this project. I will continue to invest more!

If not then go and try it for yourself its right there, so before you claim we are addicts or something then maybe you should try the tech for yourself and then decide if what they are offering is legit or not. It doesn't cost anything to take part, no investment has to be made and if at the end of it you aren't sold on it then don't invest in XBY. I find it hilarious when people are shooting it down without even trying it, making the same claims over and over that are categorically false 😂😂

You shall yet see more greater news by keeping faith in the XBY innovation.

There hasn't been announced any bounties for testnet participation yet. It would be in the best intereset of anyone that have bought or are thinking of buying in though Participating in the testnet is a good way for regular folks to help the development of this project. The only requirement to participate in the testnet is a computer (mac, win, linux). You do not need any XBY to participate. It was mentioned in Slack by a dev that some bounties are coming in the not so distant future, but for what i do not know.

Sometime they come here and say that MOST of us are cheerleaders...... I pity their situation......... .. They shall hear our news very soon. For those that are new here....... I bet you are in for great wealth. Do your research and gather more XBY at very cheaper rate now.

Can someone explain what kind of modules are possible on the platform? What makes it different to ETH, Waves, etc?

Pretty much any kind, with no programming language limitations...only limited to a dev's imagination. I like to think of XBY as Ethereum on steroids.

So it could be used for something like a messaging platform like Whatsapp? So any existing app can be dropped onto the platform without issue?
What about mobile apps? How suited to those will it be?
