I see GOAL: 3,750 BTC, hmm, but if after 40 days ( date when ico will be start) BTC will cost less than 2000$ or vice versa more than 3000$, goal will be the same? And not change?

I have read the information on the ico365.com(https://www.ico365.com/pitch/index/106). It is not mentioned that Pre-ICO participants will get any bonuses.

No they won't, they are just helping to fund the final dev (frontend) and the legal contracts between parties, i.e. so sellers are accountable

The Pre-ICO on ico365 starts on July 8th, its more catered to the Chinese market.
The normal ICO starts on the 16th of July.
