yes Smiley

...Sebastian, if you could give me one chip (prefered two for communication tests) I could start building the miner and if the project is ready and works properly I could of course do it for other. I just need to make it and test it. What do you think? What would be the cost of it?

If you consider people to send sample chips, I'd volunteer too.
I'm planning on making a design using the Stellaris LaunchPad and opensourcing it.
One [or better two] sample chips would be very useful.

[I'd even pay extra to get my hands on one of the samples]

I now first will write a pn to those that have the right for one chip because of their ordersize. Those that would like to have one but dont have en entitlement for it, please describe a bit your project, what does the community have from it and so we can get a feeling about you and that you know what youre talking about. I think innovina did this already pretty good in german thread and should have an entitlement or is someone seeing this another way?

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

Ok, i now have sent everyone a pm that has a right for one or more and where i dont know what should happen with them. In total its 11 chips in batch 1 and 12 chips in batch 2 someone has a claim of.

All that doesnt have a claim and want a chips, i will wait for the description of the project.

I now found that i have a fever. I already took medicine against... in case i answer a bit more seldom you know whats the matter... Smiley

testsieger, a member of this group buy has visited burnin. His experience looks good. You can read his post here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=179769.msg2214443#msg2214443

Take care, Sebastian.

But it would be nice if you could find some time and check if batch 2 is still on-hold.

I don't like this "on-hold".
It seems that the 9-10 weeks delivery time didn't start to count yet. Sad

Sebastian, could you contact them and ask about it - as there was no "on-hold" status with the previous batch?

The first batch switched in minutes to processing... i guess avalon really is doing it in batches... sending a large batch of chip orders to the foundry... and now the first batch went into..

I can try to contact them but i think its futile. They dont answer. And they wrote that they wont give any support for the chips...

Regarding the sample chips. The actual status of distribution is:

Batch 1 - 30 samples

3 burnin
3 flyonwall
2 BKKCoins + 4 wished
2 ryepdx
2 allten
2 evilscoop
2 terrahash
2 daemondazz
2 innovina

6 still open because the feedback of groupbuyers still missing

Batch 2 - 30 samples

3 burnin + 1 wished
3 flyonwall
3 BKKCoins
2 ryepdx
2 allten
2 evilscoop
2 terrahash
2 daemondazz
2 innovina

5 still open because the feedback of groupbuyers still missing
3 for use of entitled groupbuyers

When more developers and assemblers are coming and describe what use their project will have for the community and one can see (not absolutely me) that they know what they are talking about (so they dont want a chip for free only), more can be entitled to get a chip. There were already some users in the thread that wrote they want one and one wrote me via pm. Only missing is a description in the thread.

By the way... i will ask the devs if they will need so many chips anyway. Unnecessary many chips dont make sense... so some other dev/assembler can be happy... Smiley

Are we still "on-hold"?

Sorry for asking it every day, but I guess there is no way we check the status ourselves?

I dont know a way to check for yourself unfortunately... i have an alarm with AlertBox, that checks every change on that website, it didnt change... but someone wrote other payments are in the same position... so we only can wait until avalon decides to give the next batch to foundry...

Something is definitely wrong with batch 2. Sad

This order is 36 position after our batch 2 and its status is already "processing":

Quote
Order #10317 made on May 22, 2013. Order status: processing.

Hm... thanks for telling... i wonder what i can do now... i mean i already tried to write bitsyncom and all... the order is still in my account as On-hold... even though the transaction has 604 confirmations now... Plus... avalon wrote that a payment has to come in in 8 hours. If not the order will be deleted... that didnt happen either...

I really would like to hear something from avalon. I will try now to contact them through every way i find...

it seems that way, looks like all other chip order went to this address, and their are worth 70 orders of BTC sitting their!

Code:
1FGAftzSTztFSB8LMwsrdCKTyqGY6zr3sU

but batch2 order went to a different address:

Code:
1ECoeDfK79CNm1Mzx6NMMkZrHVocwNg6Sp

might be their payment system glitch?
