Few days ago I left you trust rating Sebastian. I see it is your first one beside escrow jobs you did earlier.
Many BTC were involved in here so your trust rating should go sky high.  Cheesy

YES! Finally you get to do what you've prepared to do so many months Smiley

Next question: What is the chip receiver order now? Is it the refund list with
chips wanted or original batch number, or something else?

It is not the first, when I clicked to post trust for Sebastian few days ago I've seen only two escrows also. It seems that for some reason you can see only yours trust posts for certain user.

How many batches will be covered by this order considering refunds?

We have one normal batch and the 6000 from batch 6 still on order. The stats are actually:

10637 keep
41754 refund
3609 undecided

So if the normal batch really ships now and batch 6 is still in lead time it might only be possible to find a buyer for chips. I heard other groupbuys members are wanting chips because the organizers refunded the batch and now cant get chips. And i got one request by pm and one in german thread. So a couple of chips maybe can change the owner this way.

The status didnt change since then.

So this is our batch 1, I hooe enough asked for a refund so my batch 2 order makes it in Wink

I think thats pretty sure.

The order is the order batch and order number. So everyone that was early in the groupbuy gets his chips early. If refunds happened before he moves forward in the list. I think thats the most fair way.

Sebastian, you can simply put remaining chips from whichever batch on auction when they arrive and pay refunds from the coins you get.
Although I received a refund, I still have a paid board assembly order and still would like to buy chips (physical chips, not Yifu's promises!).

I doubt people will want to risk their chips getting auctioned off at a 25% (or how much will they be worth?) cost of their investment just because they were left in a half batch?
Or will you front the 50% of the 780BTC it will cost to start the auction with 5000 chips in stock?

Well, at least they'll have their chips sold at market price or higher if they don't want them anymore. This is the optimal solution as long as they are minority in the batch and can't vote for refund.
BTW, it seems strange to me that Batch 6 buyers have been refunded although it's only 8 weeks since the order!

Since it was clear that a not small number of chips wanted to be kept it wouldnt matter if batch 6 members are included or not. If they wouldnt be able to take part it could have happen too that we now are at 3 batches refunded only. And it could have happen too that only 6000 chips wanted to be kept at the end. We are over 10000 at the moment which i didnt await but im glad i did it this way when so many chips should not have been refunded.

But like i wrote... bizwoo asked if i have chips over since he refunded all his batches and some of his customers arent happy not to receive chips now. I think thats a possibility.

I think i could do an auction for the chips that are wanted to be refunded but most probably cant get a refund. Only question is if the members would be happy with the price that comes from this or if it not be better to build miner and get more this way. But i didnt calculate such things in the last time.
By the way... we miss 2000 chips to be refunded now to get >5000. But it seems the batch is shipping soon, though i dont know why its not at status "Shipped".

Great news.

What are the chances batch 6 chips are included from this GB? (As there have been a lot of refunds as Sebastian said above.)

Ill check back with the other groupbuys involved in batch 6 and see if they want to refund it. We have rarely >3000 chips so its more than 50% of 6000. Lets see if a refund is possible.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

Sebastian, I'm not a part of your group buy, but I'm just trying to keep track of Avalon orders, can you please update the status of yur orders from the Avalon website? If I read correctly you have refunded 4 of 6 orders (so you have 2 open orders) - can you confirm the dates of the open orders and the current status?

Appreciate your time!

We have one normal batch still open and a closing batch with other groupbuys we have 6000 chips in. Im in negotiation with other groupbuys if we can try to refund the last batch too since around 3100 chips want to be refunded now and cant yet.

I think its best to not tell the exact batch that is still on order since the batch number shouldnt matter now anymore for the members and it could mean stress otherwise.

I dont see that you have chips. You bought with another account or from a member without informing me? It might be hard to get a refund now anymore. Ill see if i can check out something with other groupbuys.
