Barcelona might offer Frenkie de Jong in a swap deal with Bernardo Silva. I do not know the latest situation with their finances but the reality is that we are going to see them not be that great. On the other hand, if we see De Jong at City, he would be a younger version and he would play a lot better, he doesn't have to play at Silva position because City could put Kovacic where Silva played and De Jong where Ilkay played, that way they would have a younger squad that keeps it's talent level similar while getting younger.
