Yes situation for PSG is much more worse regarding Mbappe. They can act cool here by giving Mbappe an option to either extend or will be sold but in actual they are the one on the bitter end here. About 2 years ago, was it money? Not sure but seems like it. There could lot going on behind the scenes to convince Mbappe. In the latest saga twist, Mbappe has been left out of PSG’s preseason tour of Japan and will remain in Paris to finalise his future plans.

I'm pretty sure the news regarding Chelsea for Mbappe is just gossip. because, besides Mbappe's expensive price. it is very likely that Chelsea will be subject to FFP sanctions later. however, even if the rumors are true, I believe it is likely that Mbappe will turn down an offer from the Blues. simple answer, Chelsea did not enter the Champions League.
