Winning the Ballon D'or would be among the best reasons for him to leave PSG as soon as possible. Being the best striker in Ligue 1 is not sufficient to become the Ballon D'or winner and I also think that it really matters what team you are playing for when that individual title is your goal as well. I read this news some time ago and indeed Al Hilal seems to be planning to make something crazy.
The salary of 700 million, of course, is the biggest salary record and the 300 million offer is also the biggest bidding record as well.

I don't think Al Hilal will compete with Real Madrid to sign Mbappe. Al Hilal only offers the huge money, they can't offer prestigious trophies for Mbappe.
