Currently Manchester United has made its third offer for Inter with details of 45 million euros plus add ons of 5 million euros and it seems that this offer is still below the desired cost by Inter of around 60 million euros. I think Manchester United have done the right thing with their latest offer and it is possible that if Manchester United insists then the costs will be covered in a total of 55 million euros.

Big clubs are used to bringing young players with the potential for the future to become their players, because the transfer value is still low and if the player can develop well then it will be very profitable for the club that recruited him when he was young, can make him a major player or sell him . With Granit Xhaka out of the picture remaining Thomas Partey on the mix, the question is, "is Arsenal really getting it right at the moment"? I don't really feel that Partey would survive this transfer window with the way things are going, I think Arsenal are ready to let him go and more enforcement would be added to the Arsenal squad. To me I don't think offloading Thomas Partey would be a good idea because his services are still needed just in case of injuries or something that might reduce the squad. And with Xhaka joining the German side I don't see it as a problem and the player have done so much for the Gunners and he'll be missed.
