One and the main reason for that is that they really dont know how the future will be after the Club was sold and maybe changes coming.

To be honest after barcelona recruited torres and aubameyang I thought barcelona finances had stabilized and they could buy other players without any problems, but in fact now they are having difficulties after getting new players and again having to follow financial fair rules to be able to register players, now barcelona has debt quite a lot on the other hand and the only way for barcelona to stabilize their finances is to get a sizable amount of funding from their sponsors, otherwise it is likely that the new players they get will not be able to strengthen barcelona next season.

Barcelona is not going to be stable in the next 2/3  seasons at least. It is possible that Mane's chances of going to Bayern Munich are getting easier to reach an agreement as well, apart from I believe Mane will be overtaken by Nunez as a signing.
I even saw that the media trio before would no longer exist except Salah who would stay at Liverpool, but the trio will appear Nunez, Salah, Diaz maybe this performance will be even more leverage in Klopp's hands he is able to unite players for the better.

Unless Bayern improves bid, it doesn't seems Mane transfer to Bayern will be easy. It's not a problem from players end, it's just that Liverpool values more than what Bayern is bidding. Chelsea have officially announced the departure of CB, Andreas Christensen who's contract has expired with the club, and report as per (goal.com) has it that he has already signed a deal with Barcelona and should be announced within the coming week.

Christensen is just 26 years old, and has vast experience in Europe already, I'd say that's a great addition to bolster the Barca's horrendous defensive line.

Like City and Liverpool are great but they are great in EPL which is watched a lot, bundesliga is not watched that much. So it begs the question, how much money can Bayern even use? I doubt so, which means that they may not even be able to afford Mane, which Liverpool asks 50+ million, whereas Bayern offered like under 30 last I know.

It sometimes become a tough call. We all know how Bayern values their tranfer target. I hardly have seen them spent lot of money. Last I think they spent was on Sane who they bought in 55m I guess but he was also young and was one of the crucial players at City then. Mane is a great target but given the interest from the club and if Liverpool continues to decline the bids and Bayern finds that the tag has gone too much for them where they don't find worth going for, then I don't think they will proceed after that. But that's obviously how Bayern values Mane. There are lot of factors behind like age and the plans they have for the next season. So I can be wrong here if Bayern  values Mane more and desperately want to confirm this signing.

Besides I feel that Mane will be an excellent signing for Bayern. I am sure of him adjusting quickly and scoring goals there in Bundesliga. Hope that nothing goes wrong and he can start a wonderful career there.

I think that they have the money for spend on the offer that Liverpool have made , but its as everywhere when it comes to buy something you would be getting as cheap as possible.
If you dont make a minimum bid first and pay the asked price for sure you will get what you want but at the moment also Bayern Munich was and is affected from the pandemic financially.
They make the most money out from the International Cups like Champions League and merchandise i think , also from other transfers from younger players.

Chelsea have confirmed that  Andreas Christensen will leave the club at the end of this month amid Barcelona links.

Chelsea already without the services of Antonio Rudiga with the German joining Real Madrid will have to go all out in the transfer market to get possible replacements  to partner Thiago silver.

Both of those defenders were linked to a transfer to Bayern Munich a few weeks or even months ago as Bayern needs a replacement for Süle because he is leaving Bayern to join Borussia Dortmund next season. I think Bayern needs another central back now because last year they already lost Boateng. It is already clear now that Rüdiger will not go to Bayern as he already joined Real Madrid and i also did not hear any rumors or news anymore that Christensen might join Bayern. It seems like Bayern will not sign an additional central back after all, which seems pretty weird to me.
Yes Bayern has a great central defender with Hernandez but one is not enough obviously. Bayern will probably play with Pavard or Nianzou as the second central back.

I think Barcelona is going to be the one who will be most interested in this player because they seriously need good defenders in their lineup. But Chelsea and Bayern Munich are also not going to let him go to Barcelona easily. He is only 24 years old and whichever team gets him, he will be able to give a long-term service to that team

Barcelona is constrained because of financial problems that are not good so it is unlikely that they will succeed in winning the hunt for players with good quality because other teams are more likely to get them considering they have enough money. Xavi certainly had to work hard to succeed Barcelona at a time when the team was struggling to get out of financial difficulties. For Christiansen I don't care if leaves or stays, he doesn't have much impact to the Chelsea team, Rudiger is the key defender for which I think his departure will really affect the Chelsea's team, he's the one that does all those dirty jobs for Chelsea and most attackers are skired of him when it comes to defending. Kounde will be a better signing for Chelsea but Rudiger is a world class defender to be replaced.

Christensen is even lucky to leave the club and the blues have no interest to renewed his contract. The Dane's defender is currently out of form, let's say it's his worst form in the team presently. Sarri bench him on several occasions, Lampard also did the same, now Tuchel who was managing him have also kept him on the bench due to his inconsistency in games and countless mistakes he makes in the defense line. Christensen to Madrid is a bad one for for the international Dane's defender, because Madrid is a competitive team, it's all about survive to the fitness. I hope he do better in the team unlike Toni Rudiger who is guaranteed that he will pay full time.
