I guess the reason many clubs are rejecting Ronaldo is because of his influence in a team. When Ronaldo is playing others play for him. Manchester united weren't as bad as they were last season compared to other season that Ronaldo wasn't present. Ronaldo hardly plays for the team instead he plays for himself as he wants to win more individual trophy and set more individual records knowing his time in the game is now limited.

Ronaldo isn't after the money currently as he could have easily gotten that by playing for China or the Saudi Arabia club that was coming for him but he still want to compete. I would also agree that Inter are willing to cash in on Skriniar now without having to raise the price because that would also be a good opportunity for Inter this summer with PSG already putting their will on Skriniar. actually it's a very expensive price for a player whose contract is only 1 year remaining, I think Inter Milan should release him immediately otherwise Inter Milan will not get anything with Skriniar's departure next season.
but in my opinion the management of Inter Milan should discuss this with the pamain and of course if the player is reluctant to extend his contract of course the management will sell him and a big profit for Inter Milan because they will get a very big profit from this sale because the price is very expensive. Of course they can stop at that, for now they have only two recognized, senior team defenders in persons of T. Silva and Koulibaly, that isn't enough, Chelsea is a team that competes for all titles, so as they progress in domestic cup competitions and the CL, they are going to be playing far more games than the average teams, so they need as many players as possible, there will be fatigue and injury problems, so Tuchel wants to make sure that he uses this summer transfer window to counter those 'future' problems.

Having said that, I have not heard of any rumor about this particular player, that doesn't mean it isn't true, they have been linked with a couple of central defenders in the past two weeks, soon we will know whom they will sign, i think Chelsea still has to sign two central defenders to be complete at the back, remember T. That's true, chelsea is well known for their defending ability for a long period of time, and that has really helped them for sometime now, the team is good in signing quality defenders that can help strengthen the defend line and that keeps the keeper from conceiving alot of goals. Recently the team lost one of their best defender and some of them are on the list to leave the club, so the blues really needs to look for a way to regain their defends line.

Definitely if Ronaldo still continues with Manchester United he will make good contribution,  even in the last season Ronaldo made good contribution that made Manchester United to achieve the position they got. But to Ronaldo it won't make sense to him if he plays in club that will not participate in the Champions league before he gets retired, it is something history won't forget,  most football legend wouldn't like to end up this way.

He will definitely be a terrific addition for Manchester City and the player they may need, as well as competition for Cancelo, who has excelled at left-back throughout his career. Since Pep was there, Manchester City hasn't had a standout left-back, and Oleksandr Zinchenko has gone to Arsenal. Manchester City have usually spent £40m to £50m on a full back since Pep arrived.
