Personally, between Bernardo Silva and Barcelona, it is reported that an agreement has been reached. Manchester City until now wants to keep Silva strong to survive because Bernardo Silva was a key player for Pep Guardila in winning the Premier League trophy last season.

If Barcelona manages to bring Bernardo Silva from Manchester City, this will be an advantage for city rivals Manchester United in hunting for Frenkie De Jong's signature, which until now they are still patiently waiting for De Jong.

From what I've read, City is asking for 80 mil+ for Silva. There's absolutely no chance of Barcelona finding that kind of money.

Did City really say that, i am not aware of it anyway, but the thing is this, clubs usually sell players if they are offered something they really can't reject, and if the player is willing to leave too, now which team will be willing to offer City the kind of money that will not make them think twice about selling Bernado, definitely Barcelona cannot, they have spent quite a lot of money already this summer, another marquee signing will prolly put them in trouble.

I don't know who's doing the scouting job at Chelsea but that person definitely knows what he's doing. Signing raw talent like this shows the new owners of Chelsea with Todd boehly isn't just here to make money but to build from where Abramovich stopped. Since our big target players are causing lots of issue and if we are to continue like that, we mightn't get our squad sorted out before the league starts then it's better we go for less high profile players but also have the same quality and would cost us less.

I don't understand why Barcelona is being so strong in the transfer market. They are known for hijacking  every target of Chelsea fc in the transfer market. They have signed good number of good players, they don't want to give up on players like De Jong. Some players are taking pay cut and yet Barcelona wants to sign futher good players like Silva. They can rely on him for 1-2 seasons only, the rest they need to look for another top CF. Vardy is already 35 years old, it is not an ideal age for a productive striker, if there is another option, Chelsea is better to choose another one.

Chelsea is not having so much trouble in the team. They have good team before this time for new season. The big problem they have is the scoring man. If they have a good striker they will do well. Remember they have sterling who is a good player and they did not lose many players apart from defenders. If Verdy agree to go Chelsea, he will help you club and he will score good goals.
