Yes Rabiot really performed well in World Cup. IIRC Man United were very much interested in Rabiot in last transfer window. Not sure what happened after then but that obviously would have proved to be a good signing then. Anyway they still have Casemiro and Eriksen who plays as CDM and I don't think they are letting any of them go in order to free up some space for Rabiot. Arsenal and Spurs are both full at this position as well and I don't see any rumours of them leaving anytime soon. I read about that and even Bein sports mentioned that in their site without giving any additional information. They just mentioned that his club refused a check with that number and asked for a +€20k rise so a total of €120k which is crazy considering the price they paid to recruit him..
