Dude should not even be playing, not because he is bad or anything like that, he is good and he is playing very well but that is not the point, if a team can't find a 25 year old that can be better than the 40 year old than that's not the success of the player alone, that's the failure of the team as well.

I have to say that if they could have gotten a 25 year old (age is just example, I mean much younger) that is better than him then we wouldn't even know if he was still good or not. The only reason why we even know that he is still good at this age is because the team makes him play, because they have no better alternatives right now. That's a shame and one of the main problems, spending a lot of money means nothing if you do not have a proof of success thanks to that.
