Good decision from Ruben Loftus-Cheek leaving Chelsea and joining with AC Milan next season if both side reach personal agreement, difficult to get more minutes playing with Chelsea although has change with two manager from Graham Potter until Frank Lampard is best choose for him leave Chelsea next season.
