For me this transfer could definitely make sense. Jordi Alba is a great player that is still playing on a very high level and he can still help out basically every team in my opinion. Also i would guess, that he would also be happy if he would not be in the starting eleven most of the time given the fact that he is already 34 years old.
I also think it could make a lot of sense for FC Barcelona to let Jordi Alba go. I don't know any details but his contract with Barca is still running until the end of the next season. So if they let him go now they will get a small transfer fee for him and they also don't need to pay his, probably pretty high, salary for the next season anymore. Given the fact that Barca is almost broke, this seems to be a good deal for them.

Their problem is not only the transfer fees, it is their level of weekly or yearly salaries. As a reference point you can take Manchester City as an example and Barcelona in total pays about 20% more per year to their players than Manchester City. But is that justified with performance and titles? I would say it is not justified at all, but they kept signing contracts with players with very high salaries. Since the salaries are so high, how do you convince some of the players to go to another club? Kane will be on the bench as haaland is far better than him. Kane has been fortunate enough to be chosen by any coaches in Tottenham as a regular player. His skill was not so good. He nailed loads of goals from the penalty spot.
His future will be different if he will be leaving from totenham. Totenham will never win any trophy again.

I absolutely agree with you and the good thing about Gündogan is that he is a very calm personality who doesn't have to be at the forefront all the time. He is hard working on behalf of the team and wants success for everyone. Usually he is the kind of player who should be approached by the club and be asked for a better contract. That is what I would do. I remember when he was sitting on the bench sometimes. He never complained and when he was brought on he immediately was integrated into the game and didn't make any mistakes. In my opinion this is an easy one for Manchester City. He is turning 33 in October and I think I would give him a contract until Summer 2025. I don't see why his performance should decrease so badly in the next one or two years. He is also not a player who is often injured. Always reliable and willing to put in the maximum effort.

Tottenham is a good team, but they cannot compete to be champions and can only be a shadow so that the players do not feel what they really want to get, namely the title. While Kane, he is a player who cannot get out of his comfort zone, even though, if he wants he can get a team that can compete for a title. His decision made his career just run in place.

PSG has to look for someone better in my opinion. I have nothing against Jose Mourinho.
But I don't think he is going to be the best option for PSG right now.
