Yes, definitely will be a good value if we get him around at say 25~33/35m Euro mark. Like Romano, I also feel that he is heavily underrated. We need to strengthen out defensive mid area and if we seal it, we will find a great player with experience too. I earlier was having doubts about Arsenal going on for Gundogan, as I thought that the transfer game plan would be to get some young defensive midfielder but now it seems Arteta really do admire Gundogan.

I wouldn't be so quick to say Neymar won't make a contribution to Manchester United, because ability-wise I think he's still worth considering.
